Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and sales people. Didn't follow us around and pressure us. But very attentive to our questions and concerns. Michael and Kaye were great to work with!

Kenny was so very helpful, kind, honest, and in no way pushy. He listened and took note of what I liked and was able to recommend pieces that I loved very quickly. He was patient and caring and we had a fun time picking out a beautiful leather sofa, chair, and ottoman, a powered recliner that was amazingly comfortable, two contemporary curio cabinets, and a mid century modern queen bed. I can’t wait until it is all delivered! And Haverty’s has their own delivery dept, not a third party vendor. That was important to me as well. I had a great experience shopping at Haberty’s!

We worked with Kay Sturdivant who provided us exceptional service! We needed a new adjustable base bed and mattress, guest room headboard and frame, and a couple area rugs for under the beds for our new home. Kay was very patient and insightful in her assistance to us. She never pressured us and even offered helpful feedback as we considered different color choices. We had previously thought we could do the work ourselves and tried visiting several other furniture/bedding stores. Coming to Haverty's should have been our first choice. They had everything we needed in one place and have professional, knowledgeable staff to assist. We highly recommend Haverty's for all your household needs!

World class associate, they deserve recognition and some financial gift from Store manager and their CEO. Also the store manager for that Sunday afternoon 04/21 was very fair and knew how to keep and save the sale. Knew how to have cash flow. Great Manager lead the team and drive them to the best goal that has been set for the mission and vision of the company which will bring happiness to their client which will produce return customer. Return customer will bring more money and help the brand to go far away beyond what they were imagining. Return customer in the business with such competition is the best customer.
