Take 5 Oil Change

Been a customer for years and will continue to be.

Avoid this location though, trust me, if you want you engine covered in oil after a tech walks away after appearing to do nothing for your car in 100+ degree heat after serving other people who came after you and directing new customers and them watching your engin being on for five minutes after looking directly at you, then not telling you the damaged caused (concealing) and then lying to you about the damage the oil can cause by a manager. In camera lying 😂 and then admitting they lied.

Do yourself, your time and your wallet a favor by going to another location.

Looks like they damaged other vehicles too.

I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Craig Caldwell took great care of us from start to finish. He was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. Craig explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The service was quick, and the attention to detail was top-notch. Stop by for oil change and air in tire !

I have been a long time customer of Take 5 and have always been very happy but 2 days ago I had an oil change from the Take 5 on Parmer Ln in Austin TX. Today I had to take my car to dealership because I started getting a series of warnings from the vehicle. Dealership showed me the problem. Air intake near air filter was split open. The only way this could happen would be from the service I received from Take 5. I never open my hood. I have my vehicle serviced. Very disappointed and out $600.

I was the first one there when they opened so I got my service done quick. Not many employees early Sunday so might not be the quickest other times.

Got a full syn 5.5 quart oil change and state inspection for $135. Not the best price but not the worst. Wish they carried Pennzoil.

I called in and got $25 off my oil change! Yay! They were super quick and changed out my air filters AND put air in my tires. I usually plan on 1-2 hours for an oil change but they got it all done in less than 30 min. The manager (I think marquelle??) was super nice and gave excellent customer service. I’ll see y’all again in a few thousand miles!! :)

Here in the shop. Been waiting 65min for state inspection. In the inspection line, they are doing a full service oil change. This is absolutely poor management! Need to update signage to reflect actual. As you can see other bays open
