This is my favorite vegan food in all of TX! I can't describe it any other ways other than delicate, balanced, nourishing, and flavorful. Everything is good and makes my body and mind feel happy after eating it. Also the nuns who run the food truck are so kind and even remembered me after I hadn't been in a few years today!

đfood made with kindness always tastes incredibleđIt is with huge excitement for you, reader, and gratitude, to the nuns and volunteers who work this truck, that I recommend to you Austin's best Vietnamese veg option! If you ever say "vegan food is too expensive", you're not looking in the right spot! Bodhi is affordable, and considerably generous with its portion sizing. So much so that you'll maybe find yourself with a new standard for yourself in how you eat.
My personal favourite is the Pineapple Curry Rice, and any of the Banh MĂ!

This place brings happiness and love to my stomach. The food is great and the nuns are nice and very hardworking. They give great quality good and the food is super affordable. Me and my girlfriend can eat here for $20 and get super full. It is great to be part of Buddhaâs yard!

Nuns in a food truck parked behind an insurance shop sling vegan plates TNTC. These sisters are single-handedly keeping Austin weird. Eat here now before they decide itâs better to pray for the world than cook for it.

Delicious and plenty of vegan options in a Vietnamese style. Located in the back of the buildings, it was being run by the looks of two people. Food was delicious and the wait wasn't long. Would come again!

We liked it a lot! Had an expert in Viet food with us and they enjoyed it too. The Mango drink was one of the best we've ever had. I had the pad thai and it was delicious - great balance of spice, savory, and perfectly cooked seitan pieces for protein. Good amount of food and lots of menu choices.
Definitely look for signs for the food truck upon arrival. The food truck is tucked behind a psychic, and we had to search around. Limited seating outside; it takes a little bit for the Buddhist nuns to make the food but well worth the wait. Definitely try it out!

Great vegetarian food. I highly recommend trying this place if you like vegetarian food once in a while.
We tried the tofu orange chicken equivalent, stir fried glass noodle, and sesame ball dessert (itâs fried with mung bean filling). Both dishes were really nice and light and felt really healthy. The dessert? 10/10 her personal favorite.
The nuns and volunteers are easy to talk to and accommodating.
The food and service definitely reminded me of my Buddhist temple that I used to go to.
