Nice bookshop with a nice variety. There is also a cafe inside with a few seats and seats outside. Perfect for good weather!

The London Review Bookshop in Bloomsbury left me with mixed feelings. While its well-curated selection of titles is impressive, the atmosphere feels overly highbrow and lacks the warmth and community vibe. The knowledgeable staff seemed more focused on maintaining an intellectual air than creating a welcoming environment, making it difficult to engage casually or seek personalized recommendations without feeling out of place. It feels like it became too popular, losing its charm in the process. In essence, while it excels in literary offerings, it falls short in creating an inviting, community-focused atmosphere that many book lovers seek. 2 out of 5.

Unique, homely, healthy and quiet bookshop cafe. The people that work here are effortlessly customer centric and spreading positive vibes. Today I tried the homemade tumeric tonic over kombucha and I highly recommend it. Lightly sparkling with the perfect tumeric kick. Not to be missed! 10/10

A very nice little book store with a discerning selection of titles conveniently displayed. If you want quality books, rather than the latest bestseller, this is the place for you. A nice coffee shop with seating in the Pied Bull Courtyard is attached.

Great selection of thought provoking books in a quiet, cosy corner near the British Museum. Space outside in the courtyard to sit with coffee or a dining table in the basement. Highly recommend checking them out. There was a good range of books and I was highly tempted by so many. The only problem was having too many good choices!

A lovely range of books in a delightful setting. Always a little gem to discover in this really pleasant bookshop. Its accompanying cafe , whilst a touch expensive, has lovely coffee and some interesting cake varieties. Well worth popping in and just being for a while . Bookshops like this need supporting all we can.

just a review of the cafe:
- walking in from the bookshop, smell of books fades to a small but bustling little cafe area with plenty of sunlight
- drinks are a bit pricey, but they are large. the iced coffee and the turmeric tonic were £4.50 each. the turmeric tonic was very good. fruity, sweet, and refreshing.
- they dont allow outside food which was a bit annoying (they informed me in a sorta rude way) so bumping down a star
