I think you should say sorry for many things
I came from Abu Dhabi 3 times and saw the apartment despite its price
For more than 10 days, I have been suffering with you because of the salary certificate
I sent you the contract from my work company
And you want a salary certificate in the name of your company, which is a strange request
I got a promise that no one would see the apartment because it was reserved for me
And I finally got the salary certificate and sent it
Then I was surprised by a strange and unprofessional response that it is not allowed to have 3 children in the apartment
It's funny and unprofessional
Everything is unprofessional
Everything is not clear
Too much Drama
If they decided to give the flat to another customer they will make big Drama with you
I had very bad experience with this company
I tried to take flat in boka tower in Barsha 1

Very professional management, the building is one of the old buildings in difc but still looks clean and everything is perfect, the security guys are helpful and pro. They wash the parkings every month or two. The maintinance team are pro as well. Im happy living here and appreciate the good service i get as a tenant.

By seeing the agency name we thought the team will be Customer Service driven so we though to rent a house in this property but as we progress we noticed that customer Satisfaction or customer Service is not the motto , Team is very arrogant or adamant and they are not at all supporting the tenant for small requirements. I'm very disappointed with the approach of the team..hoping I'll not have any further issue with team anymore.

Stay far far far away from this arrogant management. They don't answer on time and asks irrelevant documents and even confidential documents which are still subject to approval and then they will tell you the manager didn't approve your demand for the apartment. I am not angry. I am just advising you to stay away and save yourself from unprofessional and very arrogant team. They will keep your documents for so long without getting back to you on time.

The worse management company ever in Dubai. Not professional at all. They don't reply on time and don't manage well the properties given to them. It's a waste of time to deal with this real state agency.

If you want to lose your time and then your deposit later, stay away from these people.

Stay away from these people. So arrogant and unprofessional. While others are asking for only 2 or 3 documents including visa, ID and passport. These people at Siddiqi ask marriage certificates and salary certificate which is confidential. And they take a lot of time to reply. You won't even get your deposit back. Better check other properties management and stay far from such arrogant management.
