Super safe car park at central Manchester. A walking distance to shops restaurants bars etc. We pre booked a space but there were plenty of bays available. I read the reviews about parking bays being small in this car park. We have a Nissan Qashqai and it was perfectly fine! £15 for 24hrs in the centre of Manchester is a very good price.
Needed to get a code from reception to be able to get out
Car park is secure, hence one star.
The space was so tight it was impossible to open either door to the extent that it would be possible to exit or enter the car and hence it was only practical to exit and enter via the boot. I relayed this feedback to the hotel front desk to a shrugging response. I'm guessing they're sick of hearing about it.
Would not recommend and would advise anyone asking against booking in the strongest terms.

I don't understand the lack of GOOD reviews for this car park! I felt that my fiesta was extremely secure. The camera recognised my plate instantly (I pre booked online) and drove down into the underground car park which locked back up once I was in. I was emailed a code for pedestrian entry and exit. No one else can access without it. However the bays are TIGHT so I felt there was a risk of someone hitting my car, otherwise I'd give this 5 stars.
The automated gate system did not work on either entering or exiting, either for myself or for all other cars arriving or exiting at the similar time.
There is no phone support and the nearby Native hotel say it’s not owned by them so can’t control it either.
Took multiple attempts by the hotel manager to ‘trick’ it into working.
They really need to change the access method; as it is a terrible experience for the carpark users.
Can only suggest to avoid and use nearby alternatives. I would not reuse it again.

AVOID - Turned up after pre booking a space, 5 other cars nearly crashing into each other inside trying to get out, so right if you have anything bigger than a mini you won’t be able to open your door. There was no space for me! Lost £10, no customer service and no response on email, plenty of other car parks near by so avoid this at all costs.
DO NOT BOOK!! they take your money even though there are no spaces available then you can’t get hold of anyone!
