Cup and sammy was just shoved up on the counter

Would recommend for a takeaway

Foods good, but the service is awful. Very rude staff. Makes you feel u welcomed and a bother.
Zero customer service skills

First time I am in Manchester and served by manager name is ELA and I served by Ali and Aykay.Ali helped my order in the kiosk my favourite steak and cheese sandwich.He is professional and give me world class customer service.All he three staff are working hard and professional.Manger is leading by example.I am so impressed and amazing by they serviced.toilet was so clean and smell nice.In general the atmosphere of the store is the best in Manchester.please praise and a huge congratulations to the three staff today.Definitely I will back this store.well done all of you

Went just yesterday on the way to a Piccadilly station and ordered a half baguette with two types of cheese and sauce. Didn’t see inside until I got on the train and only had this amount on. Absolutely ridiculous knowing I only ordered cheese and sauce you would’ve thought they could’ve filled it up a bit more. I’ve ordered the same from other subways and got nowhere near as little as this. Called up and was told that we should’ve gone back and asked for more and completely disregarded the fact this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Disappointing definitely keep an eye out when they’re making them.

Went in this morning for some breakfast, and as I couldn't edit the breakfast sandwich on the order machine I walked to the counter to give my order to the lady behind the counter. I was immediately met with "cash or card" as I tried to ask about the machine, I said "card I guess" and she pointed at the machine and turned around. I tried to explain that I couldn't edit a breakfast and she talked over me saying "press create your own" and I'd already tried that, that was for normal subs. I just walked out because first thing in the morning I don't feel like being shouted at while trying to ask a simple question. There should be no reason I can't just ask for basically a bacon sandwich. Not a subway worth going to.

They recently installed ordering machines but I couldn’t figure out how to select no sauce, so I went and tried to order at the counter where a female worker wearing glasses decided to humiliate me in a busy restaurant instead of just letting know how to work it out. Never in my life have I been spoken too or treated like that as a customer. Don’t go to this subway if you’re looking to carry on having a nice day.

Few days late to the party, but I finally got my hands on the T.L.C.M (Tastes.Like.Chicken) from subway Piccadilly manchester

I choose a foot long Italian sub loaded with the new plant-based chicken style pieces, plus dairy free cheeze, lettuce, tomato, sweetcorn, red onion, pickles, black olives and vegan garlic aioli.
If I'm being honest, I wasn't as excited to try this as I was the Meatless Meatball Marinara last year. But that said, I was really impressed! The chicken style pieces had great texture and lovely roast flavour to them - I'd definitely have them again.
Also, I bought a 3 pack of the new Vegan Double Chocolate cookies and they were so good.
