Qasr International Hotel is one of the oldest five-star hotels in Mashhad, which was opened in 1356 on Imam Reza Street, and the renovation of this complex was completed in 1396. This hotel is located at a distance of less than 800 meters from the royal court of Hazrat Saman al-Aima, peace be upon him, and with 12 floors and 220 modern rooms and suites, it is equipped with all modern comforts and standards. Also, one of the honors of Qasr Hotel is being introduced as a model unit in 2014. Qasr International Hotel with its experienced and trained personnel is ready to serve you, the precious guests and pilgrims of Hazrat Reza, peace be upon him.

One of the best hotels in mashhad, about 10 mins walk from Hazrat Amam Rhedha but a bet little small rooms...If I returned back to mashhad I would book it a gain

Similar to 4 star Canadian Hotels. Stayed one night with my family. 2 adults 2 kids. The facility is over stuffed. The stuffs are friendly but not very professional. You witness couple of their stuff here and there chatting talking about customers which is not professional seems like they are gassping. The hotel’s entrance is very clean but the hotel washrooms are not very clean. The manager was a professional guy. Our check in process was not very fast we were asked to show them marriage certificate. It seems like they ask all their Iranian customers to show they are legally married couples. It’s understandable But found it very inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was good. It’s 100 percent self service they even does not serve you the drinks at your table which was surprising to me. We loved the big mirror installed over our hotel bed. It was a new experience for us. The Sona and jacuzzi were very small and over crowded.

They claim to be a 5-star international hotel, not even a 4- star. Maybe a 3-star by most international standards. To be fair I summarized my recent visit below:
Pros: courteous staff (not necessarily friendly), walking distance to Imam Reza shrine, great breakfast buffet with variety of choices. Smart TV with option to change the menu language. Tried filet mignon at the restaurant which was juicy and tasty.
Cons: very uncomfortable beddings. Not even a fitted sheet on the mattress. Very noisy AC system. shower and bathrooms are too small (I booked two double connected rooms). No bath tub in either room, no curtain or sliding glass door for the shower (you had to move the trash can and wipe the toilet seat after taking a shower because everything gets soaked). No hand lotion in the complimentary toiletries. No English program on the TV apps, TV system was not working on the first day and and was fixed by a not so friendly house keeping manager. No digital clock in the rooms. Phone system was very confusing and needed to call front desk to be transferred every time. Koobideh at the restaurant was below average quality. Hotels taxi service is overpriced and the drivers are very pushy by suggesting places when you don’t want to.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ghasr Hotel.
Everything is superbly nice. from booking, payment, check-in, buffet breakfast, rooms, and checkout.
Firstly, great assistance the payment was made earlier in a very easy way.
Then check-in was quick, allow me to check-in at 10 am that time when I arrived there around 930am.
The breakfast was great, sufficient food selections, comfortably seated with good SOP being practiced.
The room really great, the toilet is very nice. we really enjoyed the room.
