We've been using Mill Creek service for quite a long time. Except for the finest coffee, we can order additional supplies like tea, sugar, milk and even cleaning products! So convenient - no need to go to different sites. For our company, it is essential to have reliable suppliers. Our cooperation with Mill Creek begins with a friendly message reminder from Devin if we want to place the order (with my busy schedule I always forget when I need to place the order). Thanks, Devin! The very next day, I know that our best CRM - Ky will always bring our order on time. His courtesy and professional attitude show the highest service level that Mill Creek provides to its customers. For every back order, Ky would deliver it the next business day, even if it was 1 item. Also, thanks to the accountant's office we receive Invoices and Receipts on time and have no problems with payments.

My office uses Mill Creek for our 3 coffee machines. They are attentive and knowledgeable. Delivery is always on time and efficient thanks to Kyy! The entire staff is friendly and helpful!

We have all our coffee and supplies delivered every 2 weeks to our office and let me tell you, this company goes above and beyond. Will is one of the customer service reps and he is just AMAZING. If there is any issue with the machine, all it takes is one quick call and they send a technician over in no time! Ryan comes to assess our coffee needs to perfection, ensuring we remain stocked until our next delivery and always open to questions. Then we have Will come to deliver! Will is an absolute joy to have stop by. He leaves our coffee cabinet stocked, tidy and ensures everything is in order. I always look forward to catching up with him, it makes my day! Can't say enough good things about Will. He is super professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Great communication to let us know if any products have been discontinued or didn't have a certain item available at the time - if this is the case, he has come back other days during the week to drop off when it's back in stock - we're always happy to wait the following week but he goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with everything. I'm sure his days can be quite busy but he never fails to come in with a smile on his face and treat us with kindness and respect. He and Ryan (who we see on Mondays) are both very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my millions of questions I have some days. Overall, very happy with the service and very happy to have Will as our delivery driver.
