Admittedly, the transaction was the equivalent of pocket change, $25.00 for a coffee bean aroma lid for my Jura coffee machine. I had gone for a month without my morning cappuccino because the machine was immobilised without the lid. One more desperate online search took me Quality Coffee Systems, which had the part and shipped it to arrive the next day.
I'm thrilled to be a part of QCS team! Working here is an incredible experience, and I feel lucky to be surrounded by such talented and supportive colleagues. The positive energy and collaborative atmosphere make coming to work each day a joy. I've learned so much and grown professionally ,5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 if I could.
In this company, there is a professional barista, Called Reza, who has a vast knowlege about coffee and he is passionate to share his knowledge with clients. I am so satisfied that I came across this company.
I had the Summer Slumber which is not going to be everyone's favorite drink (the combination was too weird for my partner) but I thought it was the perfect way to make coffee refreshing and hydrating! It is the best version of coffee to drink on a hot day! My friend got a matcha latte that she loved as well. The service is always great here and the atmosphere is fun and artsy. The only reason I don't come more often to Sought and Found is the prices are definitely higher than almost anywhere else I've had coffee in Calgary. That being said, it's worth it to vote as a treat every once in a while but maybe not as a regular.
I came to Sought and Found to do some work, and I absolutely love the atmosphere! The employees were so friendly and personable and the space is extremely clean. They were also extremely knowledgeable on coffee! The owners themselves competed in a few coffee competitions, and it's safe to say the drinks show it! I had the Pink BonBon White Mocha and it was SO delicious! 11/10 would recommend!!!!!!!

We have all our coffee and supplies delivered every 2 weeks to our office and let me tell you, this company goes above and beyond. Will is one of the customer service reps and he is just AMAZING. Mill Creek Coffee is very lucky to have him. So friendly and reliable and if for some reason we run out of something he finds the time to deliver it. Our office has been using Mill Creek Coffee for quite some time and for good reason! First of all, the coffee selection is great, if you work in an office you know how essential good coffee is. If there is any issue with the machine, all it takes is one quick call and they send a technician over in no time! Ryan comes to assess our coffee needs to perfection, ensuring we remain stocked until our next delivery and always open to questions. Then we have Will come to deliver! Can't say enough good things about Will. He is super professional and always a pleasure to deal with. Great communication to let us know if any products have been discontinued or didn't have a certain item available at the time - if this is the case, he has come back other days during the week to drop off when it's back in stock - we're always happy to wait the following week but he goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with everything. I'm sure his days can be quite busy but he never fails to come in with a smile on his face and treat us with kindness and respect. He and Ryan (who we see on Mondays) are both very knowledgeable and always willing to answer my millions of questions I have some days. Overall, very happy with the service and very happy to have Will as our delivery driver.

Excellent, friendly, personal service, the sort that is rare in cafes. Try the manually brewed specialty beans: they roast in-house and have a decent selection. You Great location too and easy to find. Parking is a bit scarce. Plenty of seating: good for quiet conversations or solitary work.
Im not sure if you guys service Lantic/Rogers sugar but Lantic got rid of your service because they were mad that Van Houtte refused to cross our picket lines for four months... they posted a notice that made it sound like people were unhappy with the service but simply not true. Thanks for being a stand up company
I just had an encounter with a driver from this company on the highway. In a construction zone where the speed limit dropped to 50km/hr, the driver aggressively approached my vehicle from the back and honked. The driver continued to tailgate us until they found their exit. My entire family was in the vehicle at the time. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous behaviour. I recommend you tell your drivers to do better.
Had the absolutely delicious bacon Gruyère scone and some wonderful flat whites. Definitely recommend this place for a pit stop. Nice seating area in the back. Their coffee beans are wonderful as well.
The level of service QCS has provided in servicing my Jura Micro 1 coffee maker, in a word, has been exceptional. They have gone well out of their way to make sure I was more than satisfied...wish my girlfriends were like that!
I did my research and decided to buy the Jura E8. I also decided it is best to buy as direct from Jura so that I learn from Jura experts. I went to QCS on Boundary Road. They are an authorized dealer with parts and technicians on hand to service Jura customers. I was served by Kazuto whom was pleasant, honest and knowledgeable. He made us some drinks and cleaned the milk system etc. Answered many questions and I felt confident in the quality of the machines and most importantly, I felt confident that QCS will bend backwards to help me if I ever have any problems. This shop is very professional. I highly recommend Jura and QCS if you love a good coffee /espresso machine! My favourite beverage is the flat white!

Went in for my first time a couple weeks ago, looks small from the outside but it actually is a much bigger space once inside. I had a chai latte and grilled cheese with tomato soup both were delicious!
Great in-depth filter and espresso coffee experience! Very knowledgeable, polite and informative baristas! All the coffees are available to be served in a cup. Had a flight of 3 coffees, as well as a cup of the Ecuadorian CM Washed. The former one was very bright and rum-chocolatey-like. They also seem to have like 8 espresso options! Pity I couldn’t enjoy those, since I was already high on caffeine. Got a decaf though, and it was very good! I can tell the espresso drinks are starring here as well!

I love this place. It’s so cute and cozy. I love coming here to just grab damn good coffee and study for a bit! And the baristas are just the kindest and sweetest people ever!!
Stopped by this charming cafe while on our way to Tofino and it was a pleasant surprise! From the outside, it might look small, but don’t let appearances deceive you – it’s surprisingly spacious and has a very homely vibe inside. My wife and I enjoyed a delicious scone with butter and a tomato basil soup that was just perfect. We also had the chance to chat with the owner, who was incredibly polite and took the time to share his journey of opening his first location and now this second gem on Vancouver Island. It’s clear this place is run with love and care. Highly recommend dropping by if you’re in the area. A true highlight of our trip!
Nice atmosphere and a great place to catch-up. When compared to other coffee shops/bakeries in the neighbourhood, it’s expensive. That said, it shouldn’t be a surprise when you step in and look around. Good luck to the owners, they’re trying something different.
Lovely cafe with a great ambiance. It's more spacious than it seems from the outdoors. It has a range of seating types, from comfy low chairs to bar stools to regular tables and chairs. I had a wonderful hot chocolate that was the perfect amount of sweetness. The best, however, was a BLT on sourdough bread that was fresh and delicious. I think a garlic mayo was what gave it that special something. I think it was the best BLT I've ever had. Also nice that it's a kid and stroller-friendly space.
Always come here for 2 things coffee beans and a large latte. Two guys are always here doing the service, they're super friendly and have good advice. The vibe inside is pretty cool as well.
This location is never consistant in any category in contrast with their other locations. They are always low on food items and if they do have any available, it's older inventory. The food most definitely isn't as fresh as the other locations. Furthermore, their selection is very limited as they attempt to execute and minimize their daily food waste at the expense of us customer's enjoyment and joy. This location diminishes the hype, drive, and excitement for coffee. Speaking of coffee, very limited selection ; other locations have the luxury to offer the entire selection of your basic brews. This location only offers what will methodically sell. This is disappointing. I know plenty of methods to resolve this but that'd be a conversation for another day when I'm offered a basic medium roast brew. Your other locations have it. Overall, clean and tidy store. Calmimg enviornment. Parking in the area sucks.

They have a neat order window facing out onto the sidewalk. The only issue is that parking nearby isn't exactly the easiest. The side streets in the area have a lot of permit parking zones.

This place is ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee, and scrumptious sandwiches! The cajun chicken sandwich was stuffed with fresh ingredients. The servers are jolly, and super friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed, and hence perfect for starting the day! There are communal tables for collective noshing.
A truly great find! Coffee is one of the best. I normally enjoy coffee with chocolate notes— the ones they serve here changed my mind about coffee with fruity notes. The cheddar scone was AMAZING, and tomato soup was packed with flavour. Friendly staff, cool little spot, we will definitely be back!
We live in the US, but love going to De Mello's for coffee when we're in Toronto! They make a lovely espresso, and have a great selection of coffee beans, including a number of light roasts. The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable and passionate about coffee. They also have coffee gear, so you can pop in if you forgot to pack Aeropres filters or other gear.
Best Place to buy a Pro consumer cappuccino machine. Bought a beautiful Profitec 500, they shipped it to the Island No Charge and it arrived no problem the next day. Great guys in both sales and service. I highly recommend this place.
Love this little coffee shop! Close to our own business and absolutely the best staff around. Oat lattes are amazing. They put a bear in my foam and call me crazy but I think that deserves 5 stars!!!
I saw a blueberry latte here on social media because I am someone who loves to try specialty coffee, so I came here by taxi.
Perhaps due to weekdays, the store is not very crowded. I chose a position by the window, and overall it is quite comfortable.
The prices of coffee and bread are not very cheap, but the taste of latte still surprises me. It has a strong blueberry flavor and is my favorite fruit flavored coffee.

Not sure why anyone would rate French Press anything less than five stars. Service is awesome, food & drink very high quality, and the sit down cafe is very clean and modern. Will happily return as often as possible !
Stopped by here for an early morning coffee while trying to experience as much of Calgary as we can during our short stay and my friends and I were very happy with everything. Not sure how busy this place gets during the week. But on Saturday at 745 we were the only 4 people in there.

OR two for us did a flight of three coffees the same way, and there was a QR code that takes you to the tasting notes for each.

Agree with a few reviews below that their coffee is just mediocre. Not sure what beans were used this past weekend but barely had any coffee taste. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but tables need to be cleaned/wiped more often.
Absolute best cafe in Calgary! All the staff and super sweet and will all individually greet you and make sure you feel welcomed as soon as you open the door. They are also very accommodating, patient, and helpful when taking your order and will make sure you understand what you’re getting and will always make sure you get the most out of what you’re paying for. Truly sweet people and calm atmosphere you can relax in.
I recently tried the Ham and Cheddar Sandwich, which was really nice. I especially liked the texture of the toasted sandwich. It's hard to find a spot for a quick lunch in this area, but this store was a great find for me.

My go-to coffee spot now! The staff is incredibly friendly. Their matcha latte is hands down the best I’ve ever had.
Coffee tasting is also a fun experience for coffee lovers, they provide you with great info about different coffees and you can choose between tasting three different coffees to taste or three different drinks of the same coffee.

Very positive experience. The barista that took my order was so friendly and made sure to put me at a table where there would be room to store the big instrument I was carrying. They were pretty busy but the assigned seating system took the stress out of finding and choosing a place to sit. Nicely designed place, both in terms of aesthetic and the layout, which fits in lots of seating but isn’t cramped.
I got the Nordic salmon toast, a walnut chocolate chip cookie, and a rooibos tea. All great! Fresh toppings and tasty dill cream cheese on the toast. The cookie was really really good, soft, buttery, chewy, packed with big chunks of chocolate. The tea, although it was just a regular brewed tea, was particularly nice too. They removed the tea leaves before giving it to me and it was brewed perfectly strong with a deep flavour.
The prep time for the food was fast enough that I was in and out in about half an hour. Will probably make a lunch stop here again.

Please get an iced vanilla latte with soy milk at De Mello. The weather was a bit chilly the day I visited so I was originally thinking of getting a hot coffee but I’m so glad I got the iced one.

I was in a meeting nearby and needed something quick to eat. I grabbed the Turkey and Brie sandwich from this coffee shop and really liked it. I have another appointment in a few weeks and will try the pulled pork then. I hope to find the same consistency.

I always judge an espresso bar on the quality of their macchiato. Pallet’s was super smooth and flavorful. I was told it was a Brazilian and Central American blend for this month. I will go many times more
Convenient location to burn some hours chilling with a cold brew.
Stopped for a muffin and latte. The space is inviting (lots of plants) and the baristas were really nice - I changed my mind twice mid-order, but they were cool about it. My iced latte (decaf, almond milk) was great, very smooth. I had a vegan blueberry passionfruit muffin. I was drawn to the muffin in the case because, seeing all the blueberries on top, I had expected a lot of berries distributed throughout too, but it turned out there were no berries inside the muffin at all. Maybe this was an intentional decision to put all the berries on top, but I could not get on board with it, it made the bottom half of the muffin very plain. I liked the vibe of the place and the coffee was great so I’d definitely give it another try, but would be a little careful about my baked good selection next time.

Good atmosphere, only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that they were heavily pushing cows milk by giving away free lattes. Their coffee is a bit bitter and was so incredibly hot I feel like they burned it a bit. Only comes in one size as well and for $2.80 it's a bit steep for what's a small coffee. Breakfast sandwich was super good
Spacious and roomy space with nice decor. Great vibe for working for a couple hours but I found Coffee is just a little short of what I like. Cortado milk was a bit runny, under desired temperature, plus music is a bit loud and distracting. Big plus is that they're a Roaster and also make fresh bakery items daily.

I stumbled upon a coffee shop in Strathcona, and it was a delightful surprise. The coffee was delicious, and the banana muffin was both sweet and soft. I also enjoyed the quiet ambiance in the morning.
I discovered this location a couple of days ago, and I must say, the coffee and the food are amazing. You can even see the roasting machine in the back, adding to the atmosphere. The staff is amiable and welcoming.
I recommend trying the combo. I ordered the Raspberry Scone with a latte, and it was a good match. The pastry is soft and sweet, while the coffee tastes fresh. 10/10

Had the Long Pull, basically an americano with less hot water. Store is clean and bright, high ceilings and decent enough space to sit inside or outside. Lots of food and drink options. On a busy intersection downtown, best to walk to.

Decent coffee. Latte was tasty enough and we were happy with it. Cafe is specious with enough room between tables . The interior design is nice, decorated by plants and lights. Staff are nice and friendly. Didn’t try any pastries yet. Will be back soon

Beautiful space! Free wifi and conveniently located! Delicious coffee. The prices are on the higher end. The matcha latte I ordered was $6.05 with tax. It’s a small size. The drink it’s self, nothing special, powder and milk. I wouldn’t order it again, I’d stick to the coffee here, it is delicious.
If you are coming from the west, stay on the opposite side of Broadway and cross at Maple to avoid zig-zagging through the construction zone.

This place never disappoints, no matter what location I visit. The oat milk latte was perfection, the brownie was big enough to share, and the avocado toast was exceptionally crafted. Thank you for another lovely experience, Pallet Coffee Roasters!
The showroom displays are beautiful, but the customer service was what stood out. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They took the time to show us how to operate and clean the machine even before committing to buy it. We were given a range of drinks to taste test without ever feeling pressured to buy. Moreover, they were incredibly generous when it comes to extra accessories! They have made a life-long customer with their kindness and professionalism.
The Nusa Coffee on West 4th is great. This coffee shop is an exceptional place to stop for your custom coffee and tea needs and desires. Fresh brewed coffee and teas, whole beans, loose teas, sweets, and accessories all available for sale. Love their signature Indonesian coffees, Moringa Latte, and Turmeric Latte! Recommended.
Great place for coffee and Indonesian food! Food is great and the staff are all very friendly. I would recommend anyone living in the area who is curious about Indonesia to talk about the country to the staff and the friendly owner Liza! Great feel of the place overall with an awesome painting of the Indonesian archipelago in the back space (cafe used to have seating there but due to COVID restrictions they had to cut this back). One of my personal favorites is the Indonesian Iced Coffee. Would recommend!
Today was my first time back at Pallet since March and I felt very comfortable and safe here. There was a big bottle of sanitizer at the entrance, and after tapping to pay, the cashier immediately wiped down the machine. There was also another bottle of sanitizer for the customer to use after payment. There was a plexiglass between the staff and customers. Come try their coffee and BYO breakfast. There is a variety of bread, protein, and cheese to choose from, an egg and greens included. Portion was generous for $9, very reasonable. The staff is friendly as usual, even during this difficult time.
Indonesian coffee beans are known to be some of the best tasting in the world, and to have the originals roasted and blended locally in Vancouver is great!
The 'Flores' drip coffee is one of the best tasting coffee I had in the Lower Mainland, until I had the pour-over 'Toraja' blend... Wow!
The Indonesian-food lunch & snacks could use a bit improvements, and ambiance spruced up a bit. But overall definitely a place to come back to when in the Kitsilano area...

Cosy cafe, very personable. Interesting concept with ethically sourced Indonesian coffee beans.
I have tried their drip coffee, latte and caramel macchiato so far and all of them have an excellent taste. I feel like this place is family-owned and maybe that is why I feel taken care of each visit. Lastly, they use 🇮🇩 Indonesian coffee beans so that may be another good reason to visit the shop.

Recently discovered Pallet on recommendations that their whole coffee beans were great.
Both their coffee, espressos and food are incredible.
For the price, if they had more or closer locations I would pick them over any of the big chains any day.

Nice Cafe with great coffee and on weekends they serve a different selection of traditional Indonesian dishes worth trying. People are nice and the place has good vibes. Will go again!
They started out as a great company to communicate with. As our equipment starting breaking down....every single week, it was a constant excuse of "our systems are down and no one can come to repair". After 4 days of buying beverages for out clients, I had to cancel my services and go with another company. Oh, and no offer of compensation either.
Potentially the best cappuchino I've had in Vancouver. Love the ambiance, the music and good study spaces. Service was a bit slow even when it wasn't busy but it was worth it.
Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Directly at a bus stop. Really good coffee and a big Sortiment of Bakery goods. I loved the Indonesian decoration parts.

This was my first time to visit this coffee shop as I was working in this neighbourhood. I saw some good or bad comments about this coffee shop. I tried the other branches at other two locations. They were pretty good, so I decided to try this one on west broadway.
I came here around 1pm. There was some customers. No lineup. It was great! A barista at the cashier greeted me with a pleasant smile and asked for my order. I ordered a cheddar cheese scone and a cup of 12oz latte. They cost me $8.05. The price was average and reasonable. The scone was soft but it would be nice if a barista could heat it up a little bit, so it would be warm and fresh again. The latte was smooth and had a good balance of milk and coffee. I liked it.

Richard Heard is a piece of work - He should be embarrassed of his behavior and Van Houtte should rethink having this guy rep their company, I am appalled. I know my business will never use Van Houtte as long as this guy works there
Worst Company on the Planet. After 9 attempts to get a hold of someone to come do service. they promise someone will, then just don't show up. They have the worst phone system (I thinks it's on purpose,so they don't have to talk to you) If your looking for this company to service your office needs RUN NOW.
havent been able to get them to service our machine for months, no care at all for customer satisfaction. horrible coffee too.
