They didn’t care, but they didn’t handle people like me(2Cancers) UCDavis is CRUEL, if you look like me go to Cancer Ctr of America, City of Hope, MD Anderson -Texas or Kansas! God have mercy on you!!!!!!!!!

Today I had appointment by 1100 am but I wait more then one hour and the doctor not show up.
strongly disagree.its not fair.

Yesterday I talked to the doctor on the phone and I told her that I would complain about her to the insurance company, and today she decided to take revenge on me. Due to the doctor's negligence in his duties, my son could not get to the right doctor to receive quality treatment. My child has a broken bone in his arm and we turned to the pediatric department of this clinic for a referral to a specialist who could help my son. We've been waiting for the direction for a whole month! The child suffered pain and naturally he did not go to school; all this time his arm was in a cast, which was put on him in emergency. Today I went to the pediatric department and asked to give my son a note that he was absent from school due to a broken wrist. But the receptionist told us that the doctor could not issue this certificate because I screamed at her on the phone yesterday. although I didn’t scream, I just said that I would complain about this clinic to the insurance company. Our conversation was recorded because we used a translation service. I would like to ask the administration of this clinic: why do you hire such irresponsible and vindictive people? I think that in order to be a doctor you need not only to know medicine, you need to be a responsible person with high moral values, and not as petty and vindictive as the doctor from the pediatric department of your clinic.

They did not put in my lab request properly, so when I arrived for my appointment at Quest Labs the team there had no paperwork from my doctor.

It took one hour on the phone/hold with the clinic for them to correct their error. So basically 1 1/2 hours of time wasted for me this morning because someone failed to do their job, and of course I’ll need to go back and try again (hoping they’ve submitted properly this time).

Submitting lab requests is a basic function of a medical clinic and should not be difficult.

Very disrespectful of my time, & of the team at Quest (who wasted an appointment).

I came at 8 AM and they've finished my question at 14 PM! I waste my time because of the unqualified staff-workers. Receptionists don't pay fully attention to customers: I was ignored at first time and didn't receive an order for blood testing. In the result of it I was resent to the firstfloor again to take the document, that they had to give firstly! Awful attitude toward customers.

Went there around 11:28 today to ask about a restroom while waiting at dmv security guard came across aggressive and angry in his refusal. I understand that most buildings aren't allowing that right I checked dmv Walgreens and other places nearby this is the only place that made me feel less than.
