It was very accessible
Good location. And very well designed. If parking use the attached parkade is much more secure than others.
As far as buildings go, top notch heritage workplace.
Nowadays office space mostly, but had a restaurant on 6th floor, which was unusual. It is connected through underground walkway to Concourse, handy in winters

Very Nice and Friendly Grain Exchange. Far away from the Chicago Board of trade. For any grains trader, it's a must to see and visit. Very friendly staff and broker.
