Lovely older park. We enjoyed our time on the play equipment. However the play equipment is very old and has characteristics that make me very nervous as a parent.
It's medal and has some sharp corners, has big gaps on the bridge that my kids let fell into. The teter totter had a big broken spring.
The splash pad is more simple but a huge bonus to the park.

I love this dog park!!! But almost every time I take my boy there people show up with unfixed males that just want to hump my neutered Male that just wants too play. I hate that I have to make him go home because of this.

Not a park for kids. Homeless people stay under the gazebo. There’s trash everywhere. I thought it would be so much better since the ratings were so high. There were sketchy people without kids just sitting near the playground.

This is no place for a family gathering. The entire pavilion area and parts of the parking area were full of homeless people. The splash pad that was described by the GR parks department was not in operation, so not a safe feeling at all, and nothing like what we were expecting. Riverside Park is a much better option for family activities.

Large dog park with separate section for small and large dogs. Plenty of space for your dogs to run around. Very clean dog owner here for the most part clean up after there dogs. Dog poop bags are provided there on site and their is a dumpster just out side of the gate in the parking lot where you can throw out the bags after cleaning up. Next to the dog park is a baseball diamond and a park.

This is a free dog park that has separate areas for large dogs and small dogs. No children under 10 are allowed. The park is friendly with plenty of regulars. Many people bring water to help keep the water bowls filled but in summer there's also a source of available water at the park itself.

Dog park is nice... Small medium size but still plenty of running room for larger dogs!
