Big airport but bigger amount of idiots, both customers and employees. People here crowded up the train because they are lazy but able to walk. Idiots squeezed in and blocked the doorway of the train causing a delay. Efficiency of the train system destroyed by buffoons. Restroom in terminal B is very clean though. Lots of obese people hogging up space in the train system and they smell awful.

Very busy airport! Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to find parking, check your bags, and get through security. There are a lot of places to get something to eat and shop if you have a long layover. I’ve traveled through this airport multiple times and the employees are always unbelievably rude. I try to only fly Delta if I’m at this airport; the Delta employees there are the absolute best! They are always so friendly and helpful, especially if your flight has been cancelled.

Very big and busy airport, and it's definitely one of the biggest airports I've ever visited. Lots of businesses within the airport, plenty of shops, and duty-free to buy souvenirs from and lots of restaurants and fast food to buy food from. Their washrooms were fairly clean, too, despite being such a busy airport.

Quite huge, and clean airport. The international flight is from Terminal F but flights to Canada via West Jet is via Terminal D. It's a long walk or taking the intra-train is faster.

There are many food options around the terminals and many lounges....
The food prices are similar airport prices and the restrooms are quite clean.

As someone who requires assistance walking, this airport has zero consideration. The issue is never when I'm leaving Atlanta. I can easily get assistance in the earlier parts if the day but if you are arriving after 9pm it's horrible. Since the pandemic, every seat, chair or bench has been removed from the baggage claim/ arrival/ departure area. This is insane. There is no one to do wheelchair assistance from gates, and the train makes you get off at T-Gate and walk all the way around the Delta side to baggage claim. No seats, no benches. I was about to get ran over because the people were in a stampede to get to baggage claim. Areas are roped off and I almost fell because I no longer have good balance.

Put the seating back in the airport please. Some of us have to take our time and walk slowly. Impossible at this airport. Role off an area for special needs from T Gate to baggage or better yet hurry up and open the ground transfer train stop with escalators. This has been like this over a year.

It's one of the busiest airport l have been in so far. , Give yourself plenty of time to make your connecting flight. Lots of food options, shops and vending machines. If you have a long layover, check out the many sculptures and Atlanta history. There is alot to see. Overall it was a great experience.

Well, it’s the worlds busiest airport for a reason. Huge airport which spreads wide and long. The southern terminals are dedicated for Delta as they are the based out of ATL and all other flights are served at the north terminal. Weekends are extremely busy with a huge line starting from the drop-off location, so if you’re travelling on the weekend, leave some extra time for safety reasons. Washrooms are averagely clean and the airport has everything necessary. Good experience travelling through here so far!
