Worst management, moved to new aprtment with full of bed bugs and management not even ready to accept the mistake. Even the bed bug company said bed bugs infestation was old. Horrible people, and now sending us notices for pending payments.
Large community, clean landscape, polite and helpful staff, great accommodations, and a comfortable environment. Stores are within walking distances, and transit commute bus system right outside the entrance making it easier to travel.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. THERE IS ZERO SECURITY. IVE HAD OVER $1000, including wedding gifts STOLEN FROM THE LOBBY! Management doesn’t care and they do nothing about it.
Edit after management reply. What a cop out. Maybe try actually following through on people leaving doors open. That’s how all my packages have been stolen is other people leaving doors open to the lobby. And leaving side doors open. What a cop out of a response. I’m glad I’m moving.

The management quoted a $500/month price increase for lease renewal. After giving notice to vacate, management listed the same unit for $700/month LOWER than my quote.
I talked to a couple other folks in the community and all were in the same boat. It seemed like the management wanted to push out a certain race out of their community.
Definitely not a good place if you have long term stay planned.
Although, the leasing office staff was very friendly and easy to work with.

Thanks to Brittany , Community Manager. She helped with prorated rent and make partial payment. I wish the communication upon move-out notice could include this information and reduce the churn.

Be aware, don't move in to this place !!
The leasing office staff is utterly unprofessional. First they don't communicate clearly in writing in any emails and charge twice the fees for occupant changes on lease. When complained, they say do whatever you want this is what it is. Then upon lease expiry, even after submitting move out notice in advance, they charge you rent for full month.

My wife and I lived here for a year and had a mostly wonderful experience! The leasing office and maintenance staff were amazing by being helpful and empathetic but my only feedback for them is their consistency with attentiveness. If we didn't need to move to another state we would have definitely renewed our lease.
The neighbors themselves are mostly nice. But like with most apartment communities, they made living here challenging. Some tenants would still wear inappropriate swimwear in the pool, upsetting the pH balance and closing the pool for a few days despite the leasing office's notices; some tenants blast their music with no regard for others; and other tenants would litter the beautiful grounds with their homes from barbecues which is quite dangerous for your pets.

This entire property is not safe, just like people are saying. In fact, one of the buildings had an explosive fire recently, that devastated all the rental units displacing dozens of families.
