I am absolutely delighted to share my exceptional living experience at Metro 112.
The apartment itself is a dream come true. The design is modern and sleek. The space is well-utilized, making it feel spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment and the entire building are top-notch, making it a pleasure to come home to every day.
The location is another huge plus, being conveniently close to office building, shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
The management team here is truly exceptional. They are professional, responsive, and always go the extra mile to ensure all residents are happy and comfortable. Any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently, which is greatly appreciated!
Moved in here about 1 month ago, have had no complaints since. The staff in the leasing office, specifically Myra has been so helpful with our move-in and ensured everything ran smoothly. She is very quick to respond to emails. They even have community events if you’re wanting to meet the other residents. The apartment is also in a prime location, within walking distance to old Bellevue and downtown Bellevue. There’s a lot of cool restaurants and bars around, but far enough so that the nightlife doesn’t disturb you.
I have recently moved to this apartment and the move-in process was really smooth.
Myra helped me with all my concerns and made sure my move-in experience is fantastic.
Apartment is really nice and i am happy with the overall experience so far.
Thanks Myra for all the help!

This is my first time renting an apartment in the US, and I've encountered several issues along the way. Olivia has been absolutely amazing, patiently addressing all of my questions, even on weekends. I'm eagerly anticipating my move-in, and I'm grateful to Blu's exceptional management team for their support.

Our resident manager, Olivia, is right on top of things whenever I have a question/concern. A special shoutout to her for recently helping me renew my lease! I appreciate her efforts...
Living here has been a great first renters experience! Leasing office staff are more than helpful and have made all the difference. Thick walls and large apartments (and closets!) Reguarding other people's qualms about trash in the halls, I have seen neighbors leaving it out and being given notice. Come check this place out before going off the reviews <3

The parking it’s been open for 3 days now there is not security in this building, I won’t recommend to rent over here and specially if you have an electric car the building over charge for parking space if you need to charge your car you can’t because the charging stations are only located in a premium parking floor. poor poor service

Slava did the best work for us after we moved in with some maintenance issues in the apartment. He is very helpful and hardworking and made sure we don’t have any issues in the new apartment.

Jennifer is very helpful and we always feel welcoming whenever we talk with her.

At Avalon Bellevue, we have friendly neighbors and is quiet neighborhood.
My name is Jessica and I have been working with this property going on a year as their first point of contact with Package Concierge. The management team here is absolutely amazing! Julia, their property manager has always been so pleasant to work with! Their leasing department is also super helpful and great to work with! Alan is always so professional and polite!
Spent 30 minutes on my way for the tour, and nobody showed up!!!
Tried to contact the leasing office nobody answered!!

And you know what??
My tour was at 5:30 and they cancelled it at 5:25 !!
What a weird service?? How could you do that!! Awful experience!!!!!

Thank you for cancelling my tour at 5:25pm, I arrived on time by 5:30.
I hadn’t even got a phone call!!
I absolutely love the Bravern! Recently, after spending two years in a 1BR I decided to upgrade to a 2BR on a higher floor. My views are magical! No obstruction whatsoever! The leasing team (Dylan and Evan) and the concierge folks assisted me with the transition, that went beyond smooth. Small maintenance requests were done by Gio and Mariano promptly and skillfully. Both are just so pleasant, and not to mention professional. Signed another 15 months lease, don’t plan to leave this place. The leasing manager, Julia, is a class act and addressed any questions and requests I had without hesitation through my move from South to North tower. This place is the crème de la crème of Bellevue. I love the finishes! Everything is high quality! If you want security, luxury, convenience and high end amenities, this is the place for you. Could not be happier! 5 stars all the way!
Looks like a homeless shelter! Neighbors leave trash strewn across the floor for a service called Valet to pick them up. Video attached for proof.

The trash remains on the corridor for weeks and the management doesn’t seem to care about this. I’ve already complained about this to the management but this keeps happening again and again.

Please request the tenants to dispose the trash down the chute which is barely a few feet away. The recycling bin can be found in floor P1. I’m sick and tired of this.
Maintenance crew is amazing! They are very responsive and helpful. Slava is so professional and my new tub is super clean and all works perfect! I enjoy living here in Avalon Bellevue for 4 years. Jennifer is super friendly and you can always reach her out. Avalon Bellevue is so quiet and clean! The best place to live on price/ quality ratio in downtown Bellevue.

I had a great experience at Avalon Bellevue apartments as a tenant for three years now. Slava, their maintenance person, was incredibly helpful in swiftly resolving a bathtub repair issue! - ours was worn a bit from wear and tear and he explained all our options and arranged for a fix.

I usually don't write reviews but I also feel like people tend to write more negative than positive reviews :) ... so I should share my positive experience here!

I recently relocated within Blu Bellevue and I have to say it was a great experience and I am convinced that it was the right decision to continue to stay at Blue Bellevue! The Property Manager, Olivia, is just amazing! Through out the process, I felt that she clearly focuses on making the resident/customer feel comfortable. And Amethyst, in such a short time completely understands the property too, and has been so supportive and helpful at every step. Jose, from maintenance is so busy and yet very reliable! They are an amazing team! And thanks team, for the awesome moving experience!

Lastly, I have not really mentioned my name or unit number here. But I know the management team will recognize me based on what I have said here... and so if you don't mind, please don't address this review by my name or apartment number should you chose to respond :):) Thanks!
Chris in the leasing office is amazing! He worked hard to keep us within our budget and still found us a beautiful place that meets all of our needs. He has been more than accommodating with our many requests and is always prompt in his replies. We are so excited to call the The Bravern our future home. Thank you, Chris, for all you have done and continue to do for us!
Been a resident at the Bravern for few years now, and we have always loved our stay, but the reason behind our review today was our conversation and interaction with Ryan, the new assistant manager at the property. He took care of our needs and our new renewal which is coming up.

He made us feel really valued and understood our needs and concerns during these tough times. Thanks Ryan for helping us out and putting that personal touch that is missed so much these days. We look forward to seeing you around more often!

Avalon Bellevue has been very prompt with all the maintenance requests. The staff is very professional and they always go above and beyond to help you.
I’m writing this to specifically mention about Slava from the maintenance staff, he was really helpful with garbage disposal issue today. He also educated us on how to avoid those issue in future.
Thanks for the quick help Slava!

Leaving this review because of a great experience that I had with Juan, one of the Maintenance Techs here. Juan came to replace a light fixture on my move-in day. On his way out he noticed a few spots of paint that needed touching up, so he got some paint and fixed it up. While painting he noticed a part of my dryer that wasn't functioning properly, so he fixed that too. Excellent service, very happy!
Very calm and friendly neighborhood

Pros: Location, location and location, and parking area in the basement is extremely convenient.

Cons: Mail room is awkwardly situated in the parking lot and not connected to the East building, one of largest windows was broken which took 2 months to fix - the staff missed it during their inspection before we moved in, windows are NOT sound-proof which is extremely unfortunate given that we are woken everyday at 7am by the garbage truck (and we are deep sleepers!), and last but not the least electric board trips even when the air conditioner is switched off. Good luck trying to iron your clothes! Cheap electric system at its best.

And after the window repair, they never painted the window ledge despite calling the staff about it... So now we have a white ledge next to an unfinished brown one for the last 3 months in the middle of our lounge. "We're going through staff turnover and don't know when we'll be able to come to fix it". And no follow-ups after that. Extremely unprofessional given the rent we're being charged. And the cherry on top: the windows are different and placed right next to each other. 0/10 on aesthetics.

If you have kids who are light sleepers stay away from this place. This place is loud and the windows are not sound proof- You'll feel like you're living on the street.

Update July 19th: maintenance team said we got the "wrong" air-conditioner. Which is ironic because we had called the leasing office to ask about any specifications for the air conditioner before we bought it. And now the solution is to run an industrial grade orange extension from the lounge to the dining area which is our toddler's playroom. Brilliant management. I'm at my wits end... And oh the best part is that we have to turn off our TV to run the ac and vice versa. I wish I was kidding. And the leasing office is closed today due to an event. Again, brilliant management.
My partner and I received our keys today, and we are both so happy to call this place our home. We are extremely impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the staff, from the maintenance crew, who have kept the building in spectacular shape, to the team in the leasing office, who made us excited to live here in the first place.

We have to thank Chris in particular for making a great first impression when we came to tour (twice!) and for guiding us throughout this entire process. He kept us informed but not overwhelmed, he was prompt but never put pressure on us, and he was able to handle a complication in our application without any delay. We feel grateful to have been in Chris' care.
Maintenance is good. Excellent location and management team is super helpful.
Raising requests and paying rent online is easy. Amenities is a little bummer, but price value is great. So no complains.

I moved into Vue 22 at the start of July. I will aim to keep my review up to date through the course of my living here.

I had toured previously and everything met my requirements. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Applying, Leasing and organization went without a hitch. So I moved in!

I got my keys a day before the movers were scheduled to arrive(something which I recommend). This gave me the opportunity to inspect the unit and to clean a few things.

I was aware that units are usually cleaned between tenants but I still like to clean a few things myself just to be sure and I'm glad I did.

The floors were very dirty turning my flat mop's pad from blue to black. The windowsil of the only window in the unit was covered in some sort of sticky residue that smelt horrible. I wiped the window frame around and there was a visual difference between where I had cleaned and where I had not. My cloth was turning black with every pass. My only guess is that these areas had never been cleaned or that the previous tenant was a smoker.

As it was late, and my movers were booked for the following morning I had to prepare for them at my old residence.

With the movers having moved my items into the unit, I finally had time to report the cleanliness issues to the leasing office. The community manager responded very quickly and friendly and offered to pay for another cleaning vendor to visit. I turned this down as now my unit is full of boxes the cleaner would not have much luck.

I've now resigned myself to the fact that I've gotta clean as I go. Before I use cupboards I clean them, Before I use appliances I clean them. For example the dryer's lint trap looked like it had never been emptied and the washer's detergent tray was mouldy.

This has practically doubled the time it will take to get settled and left my with an "uncomfortable" feeling. Until I get everything cleaned.

I doubt the effectiveness of their vendor cleaner and really hope they review their in-between tenancies cleaning procedures. Additionally the carpets in the hallways are also in need of a good cleaning as there are stains.

I am however happy that the leasing team offered an immediate solution and communicated effectively. Without their response this review may have been lower in stars.

My review may be updated as my experience grows, I'm still happy to live here as everything else has been great.

Update 2023-07-25:
Been here almost a month, Still finding filthy things in and outside the apartment. I've added some more photos. You know the phrase "leave a place better than you find it", I'm less than a month into the lease and I've already managed that and can continue to manage that by just gently passing a cloth over basically any surface in and outside of my apartment.

Update 2023-07-27: I continue to randomly clean things. I've added more photos. I notice the air vent in the bathroom was grubby(like everything else), so I gave it a gentle wipe with a cloth. The vent cover fell off and the bare vent was left behind. These I guess haven't been cleaned either. I hope this isn't black mold.

Update 2023-07-31: Today on a walk through the corridor i started photographing the many carpet stains in the corridors. It occurs to me that if I rented a rug doctor machine I could have these resolved in less than a day. I won't do that but I now battle the temptations to do so. While I understand budgetary stuff, I am a new resident. My rent for a single month could be used for a can of paint, a carpet cleaner and the corridors would be 200% better. I've added some photos. What also surprises/annoys me is that the areas closer to the leasing office are cleaner.

I stayed atthis apartments and wanted to provide a balanced review to help others make an informed decision. I initially considered a 1-star rating due to my experience with the moving service, but settled on 3-star for fair

Pros:
Scenic Views: Some units offer great views, including a stunning sight of Mount Rainier.
Convenience in Commuting: The proximity to the bus stop is commendable.
Nearby Groceries: The apartments are conveniently located close to QFC, making grocery shopping easy.
Package Security: The package room is reliable, ensuring your parcels are safe.
However, I experienced a few drawbacks that potential residents should be aware of.

Cons:
Noise Levels:
a. Traffic: Being situated at an intersection, which is a main thoroughfare in Bellevue, the traffic noise is noticeable. The sounds of buses, delivery trucks, and general traffic wake you up every morning.
b. Neighbor Noise: The building’s older structure offers limited soundproofing, it’s easy to hear neighbors' music and footsteps from above.
c. Nonsense fire alarm... but it becomes better in the past few months.
Carpet Cleanliness: The carpet in the apartment was not clean upon moving in, which was disappointing.
Trash Room Issues: The trash pipeline in the trash room frequently gets stuck.
Move-Out Charges:
Be cautious of the move-out fees. I was charged $600 upon moving out, with $150 attributed to the removal of a small table. This was a bit surprising and felt disproportionate.
I didn’t rent an apartment here because I was too late to apply before someone beat me to it. The apartments are nice, good sound isolation with central AC in the west building. But more than that this 5 star review is for Lori from the leasing team. She gave a thorough tour and was always quick to address any concerns. I’ll certainly consider again if my desired units become available to lease.

Avalon Bellevue is very nicely located near to all the important areas in the Downtown area - Bellevue Square, Bellevue library and Downtown park (this is a longish walk but doable) to name a few. It also close to I-405 without feeling noisy due to being a block away from the highway. The best part is its maintenance and staff. I really appreciate their willingness to communicate and keep residents informed about changes in their operations. Jen in particular has been helpful from the very start in our case. Will definitely recommend the property to prospective renters looking for condo-style apartments.

My wife and I are new to the area and we found this place walking by. Olivia was able to get us in right away for a tour and she was very welcoming and showed us some gorgeous units facing the large park across the street. We absolutely loved the restaurants near by and we are definitely interested in leasing!
This is the third time they attempt to remove my comment. Shady about payments, package theft, and you goodluck get in contact with their office. DO NOT LIVE HERE FOR WHATEVER IT TAKES.

Great community right at the heart of downtown bellevue and close to a beach and the downtown park. The leasing office is super helpful here and makes sure to give you a 5 star experience. Plus the fitness center and the swimming pool are great and very well maintained throughout the year.
We spent at this place 9 (nine) long years. Moved in 2013 and out in 2022.

It was awesome at first. Nice location, fairly new building, perfectly working trash chutes, and a friendly management team.

Then, the trash chutes started to break, simply because some residents would force huge cardboard boxes into them. The management, eventually, gave up on them. Disabled the “power doors” and the exhaust ventilation, as well as disconnected the actuators from the “power doors”.

Thus, in the old days, you would simply have to push a large red button, the door would open and the exhaust ventilation would start pulling the odors away from you.

After they disabled everything, you would have to open the door manually, with one hand, while trying to stick your trash bag into the chute with another hand, while holding the door of the chute closet with your left foot, so that it would not slam you on your back.

Back in February 2014, someone broke into my minivan parked in the garage, smashed the front passenger’s window, and stole my laptop, GPS unit, and a backpack with tools. I approached the management team for help, but no one seemed to care.

During the nine-year period, the staircases were NOT cleaned even a single time! They were - absolutely unsanitary, with stains, dust, trash, and somewhere (next to the Mail Room), there were traces of dog’s feces that they never cleaned up. Year after year, I would complete these “React” surveys for the Leasing Office, but no one ever seemed to care.

The corridors are stained and look horrendous, and so do the floors in the parking garage.

The building is now old. It keeps falling apart. We lost - one washer and 3 (THREE!!!) in-sink disposers!

But, the most frustrating thing is they raise the rent, along with the parking fee, all the time. By a lot. Considering the property’s condition and level of maintenance, it is NOT worth the money you would pay for it.

Back in August 2022, just before me moved out, someone broke into another resident’s vehicle and looted whatever was stored therein. Please, refer to the pictures herein.

Finally, someone keeps stealing packages from the area where package security lockers are located. Amazon drivers, as well as others, would simply dump you packages onto the floor and leave them unattended. My packages we stolen therefrom several times.

This place was fine until I had to fill out all the paperwork and there was a lot of it and that was OK but they asked me from the outset how much I made a month and I just closed it then took all the paperwork home and told together all the necessary forms that were requested, took me the better part of an afternoon to do it all. I took it back the next day, and I was told I didn’t qualify. There’s this little thing about income to rent ratio so I did all that for nothing and paid $40 for the application fee to boot, I wouldn’t say don’t go there. Just make sure you ask all necessary questions before you fill out the paperwork and it’s too bad too because I really loved the apartment it was beautiful!

I’ve been living in this apartment for almost 2 years now and I’ve been loving every part of it. All leasing office staffs are super nice and friendly and maintenance requests are always solved within a day. They also do lot of residents event (donuts for valentine’s day, dog treats for national dog day etc) Location is amazing and have AC in the unit!

I honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews here because most of them are NOT even the apartment’s fault. There have been occasional fire alarms but most of it was cause by people smoking inside the building. Apartment gets cleaned almost every morning by the cleaning staffs, and overall very well maintained!

Pros:
- Nice neighborhood with lots of food options nearby.
- Apartment unit rarely needed any maintenance. And whenever it did, they were very quick and responsive.
- Spacious units with ample amount of natural light

Cons:
- The rent increases are insane. After 1 year of leasing my rent was increased by 18%.
- You're better off terminating your lease and renting a new apartment instead of renewing the lease. I was given a renewal offer (for non-renovated apartment) which was $300/month higher than what they listed my apartment for (after renovation). So only good for short term rental.
- Stinky trash rooms, elevator stops working frequently, package room break-in happened 2-3 times, no compensation or rent relief even though they shut down fitness center for many many months for renovation.
- Do not get an apartment on courtyard side. Every Monday they use noisy machines to clean courtyard in business hours. Very difficult for people working remotely.
- No AC in units.

Nice location with lots of walkable grocery store’s & restaurants nearby. Have access to many locations via bus. Car not a necessity if staying in this locality
I put in a deposit for an apt back in January, however decided to go another way. I did this in their timely manner and was supposed to receive my deposit back within 14 business days. That has yet to happen and we are in April!! My leasing agent Charlie Dahl kept in constant communication with me when I was reviewing the apt, however when I chose differently nothing! I’ve spoken with several of their leasing agents including their manager Ben Casteel whom assured me in email he would be on top of this and still nothing!! Such a horrible experience from such a beautiful property!!

My recent experience with Vue 22 Apartments / MG Properties was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing all requested documentation for an ARCH rental unit after several rounds of communication and several days of them verifying my income and information, they conceded my eligibility with respect to the minimum and maximum income, but rejected my application anyway.

What's worse, the reason they cited for the rejection was completely invalid: they said that ARCH apartments are not available for a 3-month lease, a restriction that wasn't listed anywhere on their website or the ARCH program's official website. What's more, they were fully aware that I am looking for a 3-month lease from my very first contact and throughout the entire communication and application process, but only mentioned this when they found out that they couldn't reject me based on income. It's clear that the management and staff of Vue 22 Apartments / MG Properties were grasping for a reason to reject my application, and when they couldn't find one, they fabricated an excuse.
To add insult to injury, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation, just because they couldn't counter my arguments. I was appalled by the lack of empathy and disregard for my situation, let alone for what is fair or legal, for that matter.

This whole experience has left me with the impression that the participation of Vue 22 Apartments / MG Properties in the ARCH program is just a front; they are reaping the funding benefits but not fulfilling their obligations to provide affordable housing to those who need it most. As someone who has been struggling to find a place to live in the Bellevue/Redmond area, this was a devastating blow.

I urge anyone looking for an apartment to steer clear of Vue 22 Apartments / MG Properties. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for renters as well as the law is unacceptable, and is going to manifest itself in every thing they do. I am simply posting this because I think that it is our civic duty to hold companies like this accountable for their actions.
Location is good. BUT I have 6 stolen packages in 4 months. Security of buildings is VERY low. Children throwing eggs to the cars when cars are going out of the garage. Wrote email about stolen packages 10 days ago. Still no answer. Lived here for 3 years. Every next year is worse then previous. Light near the grill is broken for 6 months already. They don't want to spend any extra penny to make it comfortable and safe. Fan was broken in the gym for 6 months also. Instead of replacement they just removed it. Stuck in the elevator for two hours with sounded alarm inside. Nobody even said sorry for that.

Blu is such a wonderful community and we enjoyed very much with it. Its second-to-none location, responsive staff and good quality construction are so far the best I have experienced. The triple-pane window is also quite unique and very helpful blocking all the noise in a quite busy location. We moved out two weeks ago simply for a more spacious apartment and the process was very smooth with reasonable move-out cleaning charges. I would recommend all my friends and acquaintances this place if they ever consider moving.

Great location is easy to get on the freeway and close to everywhere. Luxury retails bring safe shopping environment. Bravern is built by quality. We really enjoy the best views of the city. Unit is very spacious with the high ceiling, and wide corridor is easy for moving in. They have great leasing team help us to find right unit fit for us, great concierge provide daily needs, great maintenance team respond and fix immediately, great management make sure everything work well. Friendly community let us feel it's more than the apartments itself. They are the best of the best.

I lived there almost 2 years and never faced any issue or problems. One of the best, secure maintained apartments in Bellevue area. I believe amount charged in move out is quite unprecedented (~$700) when everything maintained or kept as it was subleased with management knowledge. For example stairs mats were clearly notified to management before lease but they were asking a written confirmations which is like breaking your own promises.
This is a very nice apartment in Bellevue staff provide high quality services, like Alan, Mariano…when we move in, Alan gave us a lot of help. When we found somewhere need fixing Mariano always let us very satisfied. Thanks for your help.

I have never lived here and the only reason I am leaving my review is for apartments’ slick design. Vue 22 apartments stands out among other buildings on Bel Red Road with its appearance and contemporary look. The facade is very modern and covered by stained wooden panels.

Me and my daughter have been living in south building for about five months, until now we love here and really enjoy the view, each morning we see different way how the sun jumps out of the mountains, experiences how nature makes different color palette into the sky, even at the coldest winter and Seattle’s typical rainy days me and my daughter love to sit near the window, my daughter says this is feels like living in a fairy tale.
Living here very convenient get onto the high way, made our morning traffic better and save times than before.
We like the property manager Kim who gives us a lot of help, she knew I have little one so helped me found a parking spot near the elevator, and all the concierge team Susan, Alan, Thea, each time when we need some help, they’ve been very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable.
Once our garbage disposal was stop working, I went to the website and wrote a ticket for the maintenance request, on the next morning they came to my unit and quickly fixed it. Me and my daughter experienced several apartments, Venn at Main, Flat at Main, Alley 111 and Astoria at Main during these years since we moved from California six years ago.
I would say Bravern apartments is the top of them, we probably will stay there for another year.
AMLI Bellevue is a great place to stay. It is centrally located in Bellevue downtown, making it very accessible. The downtown park is right across and a variety of stores at walking distance. The complex itself has all the amenities we needed. The well maintained indoor swimming pool with the hot tub was a highlight for me. Only qualm was that the pool was under maintenance for almost 3 of the 6 months we were there. The maintenance folks are kind and prompt. Lola was great to interact with. We enjoyed the numerous events the staff organized for the residents. Helped keep the community alive.

Edited to add: There is no package room yet after two months, and no sign of anything being built. All the packages are thrown into a package room for people to rummage through every day. And if we have a package that accidentally goes to the old address we have to drive all the way to Kirkland ourselves to get it.

The residents are always getting threatening letters from Lux. If we don't stop our bad behavior they will do x or x or x. Instead of nicely requesting from us.

There are also issues that come up. The latest is them abruptly, with no notice, cancelling the amazing Fetch package delivery service we had. Fetch would deliver our packages directly to our door stoop! They cancelled last minute so our packages are still going to Fetch, who isn't delivering them to us any longer. Lux is picking some of the packages up and bringing them here, but they sent an email stating we had to pick up our large packages ourselves in Kirkland. WHAT?! The will be redoing the package room, and until then we'll have to rummage through a room full of packages to find ours. Even though they promised to deliver them to our door until the new package system was up and running. They sent out an email saying the residents requested Fetch be cancelled, but Fetch had been providing great service since the summer.

This is my second time living at AMLI Bellevue Park, with several years between. I really missed it while I was gone. Such a great place to live. One of largest parks is across the street, with the biggest playground around. Great path to run or walk. Whether you're a walker, runner or a parent with kids, the park will be a place to visit often. There is a great sense of community at AMLI Bellevue Park. Apartments are very updated and appliances are great. I've never had a better washing machine in my life! And two elements that are very important to me, it is safe and quiet, and you'll never hear your neighbors through the walls.

Update:
I received a reply from the staff soon after my initial review. I called back and talked to Natasha. She was super nice and helpful. Staff were available for a virtual tour and they patiently responded to all my questions and followed-up with an email after the tour was done.

I’m looking for apartments in Bellevue and I was really excited when I found LUX but it seems the staff don’t care about vacant units at all. I booked a virtual tour, no one joined the call. They never responded to my voicemail. I called a few times but no answer. Finally I was able to get hold of them yesterday and they were supposed to send me an email with all the fees and walk-through of the units available but I didn’t receive any email. I even called again today to remind them but no response. I’m wondering if they even care about people living there because obviously they don’t care about getting people in!!

We went to tour today but the future tenants parking was full and I had to look for parkings at Street which was very hard in DT Bellevue. I was told by the leasing agent that the tenants left cars there which they should not. Apparently, there is not much rule enforcement in place.

We’ve lived here over 2 1/2 years, and have really enjoyed the location (walk to downtown Bellevue and restaurants), the amenities (very dog friendly), and staff. The top floor terrace and dog relief area are nice adds (and a glimpse of Mt Rainier on a clear day).

Net, the management team is the most attentive and actionable we’ve seen during our stay. Fetch has been a package delivery challenge, but that isn’t unique to Lux. That is this entire area, and as much we hate to have a late package, one that has been “porch pirated” is far worse. So, having a more controlled delivery versus many mailrooms of drop/run, I can live with (and staff is actively working improvements with Fetch).

Also, staff actively creates a “neighborly” feel in having activities (food trucks parked outside from time to time, trick or treat candy for kids, BBQ, “dog of the month” picture in the elevator, etc.). Nice touches that are not required.

Net, would recommend this as a top Bellevue living option (and we do recommend for business colleagues moving into the area).

I have lived here at Lux for 6 months now and I am incredibly happy with my experience thus far. I have not heard my neighbors at all since living here, I have only needed maintenance twice and they responded within a day to my request, and the location is excellent and safe!

A lot of people are upset about the Fetch delivery service but they have yet to lose a package of mine (and I order things quite a bit). I will say that I have noticed if something is being delivered via USPS, it will find itself in the package room instead of at the Fetch warehouse so maybe this is the issue people are having?

There have been some things recently that are out of the office staffs control (fire alarms) but they are working on correcting this - and this is also part of living in an apartment building.

Overall, I feel that this is an excellent place to live and I am quite happy with my decision to move here.

A little on the pricey side, but what isn’t these days. Easy parking. Extremely convenient to the freeway, shopping, and restaurants- a lot within walking distance.

Jennifer, the manager, is friendly and helpful.

The maintenance fellas, Ron and Juan, are also super friendly. They have gotten to my few issues very quickly and have repaired them competently.

Overall, an awesome place to live.
Worst apartment ever! There are so many reviews about packages getting stolen/lost. We made a mistake by ignoring these reviews.
Me and my roommate have lost 6 packages so far in last 10 months.
The management does not take any responsibility for the lost packages. We have also filed police reports, asked to have CCTV cameras in the mail room but no action has been taken from the management at all. I have lost thousands of dollars in my packages and also lost so many valuable things that I can’t replace.

I was going through the reviews and have a hard time understanding why people are so upset with this place? I’ve lived here now for a few months and i love this place. The office and management has been absolutely amazing. My washer was being really loud and the entire experience was fast and smooth to get fixed. The apartments are friendly, modern and very helpful when needed. The only thing I’ve notice is residents who are lazy will leave there recycling boxes in the trash room and not take it down and management has to take it down for them, even when it’s written on the wall to take your own recycling down.

The apartment itself is very nice and new. Convenient location but very close to the main road. Plus, there is a construction site close to the building and I can hear the loud noise all day (including weekend) even with all windows closed.
Best experience from start to finish with the leasing team! (Renee, Earney, Sal, Stephen, and Felipe) They made sure to follow up and take care me through the whole process. I lived in the one bedroom layout for over a year. A friend recommended this place to me and she was right that they were amazing and the community is very laid back. Had some maintenance issues with a few things along the way but Aventine was always on top of it and I loved the maintenance guys! So trust worthy and respectful whether you are home or not. If I ever move back to the desert, this is definitely somewhere I'd live again. I wish I could give more stars! Thank you for everything!

I have lived in this place for 2 years now. Here is my detailed review for future tenants.

Good:
- Nice living space
- Overall management was responsive for any service requests
- Dint have much issues inside the apartment other than leaking dishwasher, incinerator not working and occasional cabinet issues. All were fixed immediately. Dishwasher issue was not fixed and to be fair was intermittent.

Bad:
- Terrible cleaning standards - the lift is always dirty with either pet pee or juice spills and doesnt get cleaned until next day
- Trash areas sometime remain dirty for days with bags
- Second floor dog area is very unkempt - the cleaning which on paper is supposed to happen everyday but happens once in 2-3 days. Management keep assuring that they find residents who dont pick up are fined but not sure what is going on
- Expect over 25% rent increase YoY
- Packages are all over the place - sometimes it take a long time to find your package since they are just thrown in the mail room or in locker room. You need to know you are receiving a package and follow through.

Overall, while the apartment is good, the building management needs a lot of improvement to justify the high cost or call it luxury.

Not yet moved out and I will update the review after the move out experience.
Booked an appointment online two weeks prior to tour, no further contact. 20 mins before the tour, got a call from Matthew stating sorry, no available room to view and can only send pictures. I asked why was I not contacted this whole time until 20 mins before, and he just hangs up. All the comments regarding the unprofessionalism of this leasing office were correct.

Edited post-fetch delivery services: We enjoy living here and the safe area! The staff facilitate monthly events to encourage resident interaction and community which is nice.

My only current pet peeve is that recycling is a little inconvenient. Having to take it to P1 in the garage or outside to the dumpster is out of the way when the trash room still says "trash and recycling" on it. I'd love to eventually have large bins in the trash rooms that could collect the recycling so I don't have to make sure I have my FOB or phone (for access) on me to get rid of it.

Outside of that, some residents are just messy with shared areas (over filled trash cans, messes on the roof-top, etc.) but the staff do try helping by sending reminder emails to everyone. There's also several very friendly residents that help counter-balance them though!

This is a really good looking apartment. The type of person to like this apartment is the same type of person to have another apartment in LA or New York.

Security is above average. Location is above average. The residents here make more money than average and show off more than average. And they are more likely to dislike average more than average.
They never respond emails, never ever since last year. It is hard to talk to them but when they finally pick up the phone, they are rude and not willing to give me an information. I also hear a lot of sigh.

BLU Bellevue has been a wonderful place to call home for the last 18 months. It’s in a great location with the amenities you would expect. I have been fortunate to have great property managers. Cherina and Joshua made the last few months very easy and they were helpful even to the last day.
Was picking up a Craigslist item. The apartments, from the outside, looked very nice. There were people barbequing near the pool area. It looked like a very nice community to live in.

It's a great community! Lola is really kind and helpful.
The environment here is just so nice: a beautiful park is just across the street, and you can just get tp restaurants, shopping malls, salon and nearly all you need on foot. Before I moved in, I'm a little worried about the noise, but the fact is the windows here are effectively sound insulation :) Highly recommend!

Scheduled an guided tour with confirmation and even a text reminder. But when we arrived, the lady at the office, which looked so sleepy, simply told us to go online and look at the units on our own. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We toured several places and this is the most unprofessional leasing office I’ve ever seen!
I chose Woodside East Apartments when I first moved back from Korea because of its location and friendly management team. I’ve only had the best interactions even when things were difficult the interactions were amazing the team has been very professional in the past and I really appreciated the past team. I have not gotten a chance to know the current team except for Dan who is now still in maintenance who I adore and has been very helpful in every aspect. He’s friendly, he smiles, he says hello to my children, and really seems to care about what he’s doing. This makes a big difference to me when someone puts forth humanity and care especially in our current conditions. He has not forgotten how to be human and caring with his community people.
A nice clean property. However oh, I would encourage them to put up security cameras
I am in the process of transferring my job to Washington and decided Bellevue was an area I wanted to live in. I’ve toured many communities and happened to walk in to Aventine Apartments. The community was definitely what I was looking for. The apartments were so spacious and have such a warm and cozy feeling! Even included a full size washer/dryer. Moving can be so nerve wrecking but Matthew took his time to really share all the great qualities of the community and the area. I will definitely be doing my application because of him!
Great neighborhood and well maintained with all standard facilities like Gym, play ground and Swimming pool.
I have never lived there but i have had a sleepover with my friend there and wow it is so beautiful and a fun community! The pool is amazing and relaxing. I rate it a 5 star.
I lived alone in 888 in apartment 703 from September 2020 - September 2021. A small studio. I do not own a pet. Every month, I paid utilities over 300 dollars—the same as the apartments where two or more persons lived. I barely could use the amenities because of the pandemic, and the ovens were almost always not working or malfunctioning.

In my summary of move out charges, they charge me a cleaning and painting fee for no reason. I left the apartment clean and the walls painted. Other residents were not charged those bills.

The dogs sometimes pee in common areas, and they clean it until the next day. The carpet outside the apartment on floor seven was only cleaned once a month.

A lot of things were like that, not clean, not available, not working. Some residents were lucky to receive the utility fees back, and some others were not.
Worst!!! Hope I could give less than 1 star!

I will never recommend anyone leasing apartments under Essex management and especially in Ellington At Bellevue.

Every time I talk to leasing office I have to send them 5-10 emails or have to directly go to the office and wait for them as they doo not answer calls or reply to emails. When I went to leasing office with my concern they will respond saying we never faced fire before so we have no idea about the situation and how long it will take.

The have the worst management, unresponsive leasing management and they always keep customer at the lowest priority.

Worst Experience
Essex Apartments

- Ellington Properties
Reached out with the concern still, requested to change the apartment, Apartment has no walls, there is no security, gate is not fixed, have open electric cables everywhere.

Worst Experience in Essex Apartments- Ellington at Bellevue.
There has been a fire incident in the Ellington Apartment Since then my apartment is in Unlivable condition. We have reached out with the concern still no help from the management yet , its been more than a month.

Management and leasing office will never pick calls. We email them asking for help. They usually dont respond for a week and then they keep saying thy will call back, and no response in weeks until we reach out again. Never had such experience with any apartment complex before.

I need help. Its getting difficult living in this apartment.

I sent them below email:
-------------------------------------------------------------
I am resident of C110 .I am writing to request change of my apartment to a similar amenity apartment in C building due to these reasons.

1. Since the fire incident, we have been patiently waiting for things to return to normal but my apartmrnt has been in a pathetic state since most of last month.

2. I feel very unsafe living in the apartment without any doors and proper walls

3. The apartment has lots of noise entire day and I can not work since I am an engineer who needs reasonable silence to work.

4. The apartment is not in a condition to have anyone over and I feel very depressed being alone all the time.

Also please note that very high power fans have been running 24 hours from a power outlet in my apartment, and I am not liable to pay for that power.

I have already paid rent for last month despite all these inconveniences but unfortunately I can not stay at the apartmrnt anymore. I will not be able to pay any rent for the current apartment after few days, probably after this week.

Please provide me another unit in the building so I can have a regular stay at Ellington. I was expecting it to be coming from you to take care of tenants but that does not seem to be the case.

Please consider this as very important and urgent since its affecting both of residents' well being.

We got response saying we are looking into your case and no help since them its been more than 2 weeks since I raised my concern.

Vue22 is an awesome community at Bellevue (crossroads), proximity to retail( Trader Joe's, Walgreen, pet smart, Restaurant and Indian Grocery stores), and Microsoft campus. We truly love our unit that has a great view. The floor plan is well thought out. The kitchen island is quite big compare to nearby apartments. You can expect great customer service from the Vue22 Management and Maintenance team. I would love to shout out and thank Todd, Kim, Anna, Jacob, Bryan, Dunkin, and Groundskeeper ( I forgot his name) for helping us on every occasion. They are always happy to help you with a great smile. I will highly recommend Vue22 to someone who wants to move to Bellevue, Redmond, or even Seattle ( 520W is close by).

Vue22 (earlier called LIV) apartments has been a wonderful experience for my family over the last 3.5 years! We have so many fond memories here right from hosting my baby shower at their amazing lounge deck to my son’s multiple birthday celebrations in their beautiful amenities. The gym is one of a kind, have thoroughly enjoyed the guided fitness classes here during pre COVID times. The events used to be one of the biggest attractions as it was a great initiative to connect with our neighbors some of whom have actually become good friends now. Location is truly amazing and the views during fall colors and snow days are breathtaking. Vue 22 / LIV will always have a special place in our heart ♥️

I've been a long resident from Aventine Apartments and I have to say I was very happy with my experience. You don't get amenities nor a fancy apartment, but I guess is expected since I got a good deal on rent when I moved back a couple of years ago. However. Everything went down under the new management. In the past months I have had more issues than the whole 2 years I've been here before new management took over. Unresponsive management is has been a paint to deal with. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
It is the best place to live! The leasing office and maintenance teams are very kind and ready to help. I was able to get settled very well thanks to them although I'm from Korea for the first time in Seattle area. Great location. Downtown Park and Meydenbauer Bay Park which have such a stunning scenery are across the street. I totally agree on the 5 starts reviews below. It is also very nice place for the Korean people but I hardly meet the Koreans here. If you are a Korean and interest in this marvelous apartment, please contact me and I may help you in Korean language!

We just moved to 888 Bellevue Apartments in Jan and the whole process from virtual tour, signing lease and moving has been super smooth. The management team at the apartments were very accommodating when I had to request a change in my lease offer post signing. So far loving the location, our evening walks exploring the neighborhood and looking forward to exploring the amenities that are opening slowly.
I love this community. It is very clean, very quiet. The staff are friendly and respond to any request in a timely manner. I love this community is close to so many shops and schools. The best part, there are do many beautiful parks and nature.

I’ve lived here for one month. I’m very happy with it so far! The location is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The building is very nice and up-to-date. It’s always felt safe. I haven’t had a lot of interactions with the management so far (haven’t needed to), but they’ve been great in the few interactions we’ve had.

Update: it’s been about 1.5 years. I still don’t have any significant complaints. I have never had to talk to maintenance (nothing has broken), so not sure how good they are. The dumpster has been overflowing on a few occasions, but it’s not common. Be aware, you WILL need AC, at least if you are in a south-facing unit. It gets to >90°F inside my unit in the summer if I don’t run AC. Opening the window doesn’t really help much. Not sure why they didn’t build in AC when the building was constructed. But a portable AC keeps it nice and cool so it’s not a big enough deal to knock a star off my review.
I have lived in Woodside East for the past few years with my 7 year old son. I’ve come to really love it here. The landscaping is regularly maintained (grass mowed, dead leaves raked, trees and shrubbery trimmed and trash, litter picked up, etc.). The office staff and manager have always been warm and friendly towards my son and I. They are exceptionally understanding, reasonable, and patient. I feel like the manager genuinely cares about me even though I have not been the easiest and most consistent tenant to deal with at times.

We've lived here for a little over two years and I am so happy we are here vs another apartment during COVID! Our move in and rental was smooth, the community has some nice amenities that they have been updating, it's dog friendly, and before COVID they had lots of fun resident events that were a nice extra. There are a lot of different floor plans offered; we have some big beautiful windows with a view of downtown and Seattle across the water. The original building is a little older which is actually a bonus, as floor plans are larger and we get an actual deck. I appreciate how well the walls and floors insulate noise as I have lived in past apartments where this is NOT the case. 99% of the time I forget we have anyone living around us. Apartments in Bellevue are expensive, but I found this community to be cheaper than others in the area when we first looked. The leasing staff are great, on hand to answer questions, and always quick to respond to maintenance requests. We see no reason to leave until we buy a house!

This is the best apartment living I have ever experienced. The units feature stainless steel appliances (with instant hot water and a garbage disposal!), gorgeous finishes, and tons of natural light coming in. The rooftop deck is incredibly fun and easy to enjoy even at the present time (plenty of space, open air), outdoor grills and fire pit areas along with the living gardens and neat seating.

The staff is also top notch. Friendly, incredibly responsive, and quick on their feet, I always feel like I'm in good hands. Things are always clean, and the package concierge/security is really nice as well. I would and have recommended this place to everyone I know. Central location/walkability is a huge bonus. 10/10!
There was a management team change earlier this year but I am glad the current one is just as good as the last one. There is no amenity like others said (no garbage chute as well), sound isolation is pretty good, appliances show their ages but they are well functional and clean. Overall a pretty good experience and probably one of the best apartments in Bellevue downtown in terms of what you are getting vs what you are paying.
Lush greenery encompasses the entire complex. Friendly and helpful staff man the leasing office and they keep the complex up to high standards. The grounds are kept impeccable and you never worry about anything like theft. I leave my door unlocked when I walk my dog and never worry about it. The complex is actually pretty old compared to the neighborhood, but it still looks and feels new!!
Good location and community to be in. This community has swimming pool and very near to cross roads. Well maintained and prompt maintenance.
Great place, timely maintenance etc.
Good one affordable housing
My roommate and I lived at AMLI for the summer and had a fantastic time.

1. The staff is very helpful. We had quite a few complications with move in and move out from our end, right from the pre-leasing office to the building managers were very accommodating of our requirements. They even moved things around on our end to ensure we had a smooth transition. We really didnt expect them to go out of the way for that!

2. The location is perfect. Right next to downtown Bellevue with a great view of the park, really made our summer.

3. Amenities were everything you would expect from a good residential complex. Would wish the pool area was open for later (assume it is because of safety?)

4. We had a couple of service requests with some of the equipment halfway through our lease. All i had to do was submit them online and it was taken care of within 48 hours (even a bigger issue with an appliance). Not having to worry about that stuff was really nice for our short stay.

Would highly recommend, no complains.
nice peaceful and well maintained . Margaret will be very prompt on maintenance request and listen and act on any issues. Neighbors are friendly
Pretty nice apartment, I lived here for a few months 4years ago. I like it
Im moving out in a month because I'm buying my first place. I have lived here for three years. The grounds are beautiful, including two swimming pools and tennis courts. I love my unit y1. it has great layout with washer and dryer some unit don't have them. The management is friendly and helpful. Wood side east is affordable and worth more then you pay in rent.
