The Staff members very nice and devote to their job and they make sure that the tenants are taken care of

My grandmother has lived there for over 10 years.She loved her home and the amenities. I really like how management keeps the place clean and well maintained.

I lived here for five years and I love it.

It's a wonderful place for seniors. However, the internet would have you believe they have vacancies but they don't! There is a wait list with folks moving in next month that's been on that wait list for 7 years😬

Went to visit my mom and spend time with her.

I was totally taken aback by the professional attention Mrs.Chiles showed to me on the details on what it would take to be a potential future tenat, the tour of the property was awesome.

Carver Senior House is perfect. Close to public Transportation and shopping, and dinners. Truly a plus being a senior and all..Truly I must say that the whole complete and entire Staff of the Carver Senior Apartments upon my behalf was vigilant in seeing that my move in was expedient and quick as can be with the advent of COVID-19 going around. Great Job.. Great Job..The building is maintained to the highest of standards.Clean and sanitized daily like clock work. None better. My unit upon moving in is in 100% perfect condition top to bottom. I give the staff the highest rating their is to be found. They earned it. Thats why one can truly call Carver House Senior Apartments... Home
