I ordered a year plate for my mother's gravestone one year ago and was told that it could take 6-8 weeks for it to arrive. I checked in with them 4 weeks later and was told that everything was fine and it would be a few more weeks and I would be sent a bill for it when it came in. When I visited from out of town seven months later, there was still no year plate. I went in to the office, and was told simply that it was ordered. Now, one year later, there is still no year plate and I have never been sent a bill nor have I been notified as to why it has not arrived. I am wondering if it has even been ordered yet? Why? This is very frustrating for someone who lives out of town!

Been 10 months of terrible communication and poor results to the gravestone ordered false promises have been told but not delivered.. no family should ever have to go through this. Never answers any calls, always goes to voicemail out of the last 10 months has only responded 14 times out of 30 times. Poor installation and installation not completed as planned with the proper picture and picture frame and in turn damaged the gravestone when they installed the ceramic picture 8 months after ordered. Not happy at all with the service Of Hallmark Memorial CO

Dan is a very professional, compassionate, respectful and honest individual. Old school values and principles. Over the past 22 years, Hallmark Memorial made grave stones for my uncle, my grandmother, my mother and just this year for my dad. Every stone that they made, was created exactly as would be expected from such a professional outfit. One of the biggest things with their work...is their stones don't start leaning after twenty years. Dan goes out of his way to try to accommodate, however sometimes things are beyond his control. You just need a little patience. Be patient. If the best quality stone is what you want for your loved once, Hallmark is your best choice.

Dan, Ray, and the rest of the team at Hallmark made my Mother's monument. They did a wonderful job and the monument is as my Mother asked. They were always polite and patient. They listened to what we wanted and took their time to make sure everything was as it should be. My brother and I are very grateful.
