Possum Pizza

They know their self-proclaimed trash food for sure! The Buffalo Cauli is such a win, spicy as it needs to be without being overwhelming with the cool ranch balancing it out. The foldable and thin slices are always a fun way to eat pizza. The cheezy bread is a nice sized 10" and so yummy. The mozz stix were fantastic, but at $10 for only 4, it's a little steep, but if you can spend it, get them! Get 3 orders! Great customer service as you would expect from Vegan Nom Food Park.

Possum Pizza is a food truck located in a vegan food park, it has lots of options for outdoor seating, some shaded and some not. It's perfect for a sunny weekend, has some outdoor games and murals. My partner and I got the pup pizza, possum poppers, cheesy garlic bread, and marinara, ranch, and buffalo ranch. Our favorite dish was the possum poppers with ranch, I could eat those everyday!! The staff was friendly and the food was fresh. I am not a vegan, my partner is, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. The cheese was too "gummy" for me on the pizza, but that's expected as I'm not vegan. I enjoyed the cheezy bread, it had a nice crunch and mixture of vegan cheeses without being overly chewy. The wait was a bit longer than expected for a food truck, but I understand it's because it's made fresh. I would love to go back and try more of their dishes! The buffalo ranch was so good and creamy, get it with everything.

My daughter and I really love Possum Pizza! Charlie and Ruth make the BEST pizza ever! We love the cheezer and their thin crust is so crispy, but not too hard. Just perfect! Come enjoy this delicious vegan pizza!

The crust is perfectly crispy without being greasy, the seitan pepperoni was spicy and the perfect texture. I loved the sauce too! Vegan cheese is never going to be just like dairy cheese, but to me, it was perfect.
The owner and I even talked about how possums are great.
We will definitely be back.

It’s in the same compound as the Vegan Nom and the ambience keeps you cool with all the heat. Loved how the person was knowledgeable and accommodated my dietary restrictions. I had a pizza without cheese since it contains potato starch and it still tasted good and was replaced with good quantity of kale and basil to compensate for the cheese.

I was visiting town and was craving pizza so I had to visit this place. They only had large left but that didn’t stop me from ordering. Service was quick (but you can order ahead) and I was recommended the possum bites. The vegan ranch that came with it was soooo good. The pizza was perfect too. Crust was just right and the flavor was nothing like I have ever had before.
Going to miss this place the most in Austin since I don’t have vegan pizza of the caliber back home.

Pizza is pretty good! Impressed by the cheese. I got the Buffalo cauliflower one and I wish there was more Buffalo sauce/flavor. The mozzerella sticks were impressive, especially the breading, though the cheese was slightly snotty. Definitely recommend the pizza, though! I’d try other ones for sure.
