Fort Foote Recreation Center

I enjoyed this place ,good for a family event.

The building was clean BUT they didn't cut the grass knowing there was a cook our. That was messed up.

Clean and safe. I wish the bathrooms were available to the public. I understand covid has is probably the reason but when you're not from the neighborhood, it can be quite unsettling. Otherwise great family park!!!

Fun little park near the national historic site. They have public restrooms but these were locked when we visited perhaps due to covid.

Nice size. Not too small not too big. Quiet clean location with shade in some spots.

Fort Foote Park has been a great place for clean fun. There is a soccer field, a baseball diamond, tennis courts, and a basketball court. Theres a nice playground area for children to run around. The actual rec center is a small inside area, but is perfect for summer cookouts, or family reunions where most people will spend time outside. You can set up your tables in the rec center and grill right outside. Summer Saturdays and Sundays near the park are filled with music and the smell of charcoal!
