Excellent gym! If you are visiting Dothan or live there drop in and join this gym. All the equipment you need, very friendly community, and high quality coaching.

Wow. Where to begin. I have visited a TON of boxes over the years and this is definitely near the top. I always have a certain set of criteria that I use to judge how good a box is. (1) Coaches, (2) Community, (3) Programming, (4) Equipment.
(1) The owner is a multiple time regional athlete and one of his coaches is a Master’s Games Competitor. They are more than knowledgeable in what they are doing.
(2) The community is like most other communities when it comes to friendliness. You have some that are more sociable, introduce themselves, and talk more than others. That is everywhere I go. Skill level ranges so you don’t have to go in feeling intimidated. A lot of their athletes are really good. My partner today, to say she was great would be an understatement. She pushed me well above my limit. Props to her. BEAST.
(3) Luckily they post their WODS on their website. I HATE boxes that program stuff I can do at my house. I never understood that. What is the point in paying someone to coach you when the workout does not need any coaching. That is not the case here. Their programming is legit and for anyone who lives in the area and is looking to try CrossFit or join a box heavily consider here.
(4) I go to boxes from time to time that are lacking in equipment, which is not really a knock on them but if you want a variety to your workout they have pretty much everything here like Ski Ergs for example which a ton of boxes don’t have.
Overall, a solid A. I have yet to go to a box and doubt I ever will who would get an A+. To put this box in perspective, I have been to CF Mayhem (Rich Froning’s Box) quite a few times and even though they have superior programming, equipment, and coaching (obviously), where they lack that this box doesn’t is COMMUNITY, which to me is one of if not the most important aspects of a box. They should be proud. HIGHLY Recommended.

I have been at Embrace for 3 years and love it there! The owners, coaches, and members are very friendly and helpful! You literally become family when you walk through the doors! I could not ask for a better place to be a part of! If you are looking for a great gym with a awesome environment you will find it here!

CrossFit Embrace is best! Friendly environment with awesome owners, coaches, and members. I start my day with the 5am crew! This is my home away from home and I have made very special friendships here! I always feel welcome and challenged in the best possible way! Can't say enough great things!! Come join us!

This by far is the best gym I've attended in Dothan, AL. Great coaches, facility and atmosphere. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for motivation, results and structured workouts. 2 thumbs up!!!

The owners/coaches create a comfortable environment while providing great experiences! Their team is always friendly and helpful while coaching you to be the best version of yourself! I start each morning with this community of people - highly recommend!!

I've been attending CFEmbrace since the beginning. The owners Landon and Keisha are two of the most encouraging and motivating people I know. If you want to compete in Crossfit or just get in shape, this is the place for you.
