The outdoor gym in Tamworth Castle grounds offers a reasonable selection of equipment in pleasant surroundings. A great free facility for residents and visitors alike. All the machines usually seem to be well maintained and in working order.
It has double the upper body workout equipment the Dosthill Park Outdoor Gym offers and is located away from children outdoor play area. It also offers some leg workout and warm-up cross-trainer/bike. 20 repeats on every workout machine is around 10 minutes, excluding warm-up. No five stars for the lack of rowing machine (which Belgrave Outdoor Gym offers).
