I was very happy with the doctors who examined me and the time they spend explaining my situation. My problem is with the ladies answering the phone. They have no manner, not a hello or how I can help. Answering the phone and saying yes!! No patience and very rude answering questions. I had an urgent issue that needed attention and she was not interested in hearing me. Doctor will get in touch and hang up on me!
This place will never listen to patients, worst doctor to have to deal with. They start diagnosing you with out even knowing whats wrong or if that is the real problem,
This is the worst office I have ever encountered. They NEVER answer the phone. I have had to call up to 15 times to get a prescription filled. They just don't seem to care about their patients well being. Go somewhere else if you can!!!!!
I wouldn't even give them 1 star but I had to so I can submit this review!! I'm posting this on behalf of my poor father Raymond Torino, this is the worst doctors office anyone can imagine. The doctor never fills the prescriptions and my poor father always has to call everyone to get his insulin filled to survive. The doctor Andre E. Manov is horrible and needs to be fired!!!!! he never ever has anything filled or done, and my father said he still has never seen the doctor. When my father calls for help the receptionist tell him there is nothing they can do but wait for the doctor whom is never their!!! it makes me want to cry to think of what several other patients have to go through to get the medicine they need to survive. I'm disgusted and saddened I can see why everyone says Las Vegas is rock bottom when it comes to quality health care. it's doctors like Andre Manov and his staff that make these experiences horrible and it's truly unfortunate!!
Fantastic experience! The front desk staff were efficient and greeted me with a smile. I interacted with four different doctors, nurses, or students, and they all treated me with professionalism and warmth. They were very thorough, and I could tell they cared for my well-being.

I want to start off by saying the whole office is amazing. From the front desk to the back office to the manager. They are always for friendly and extremely helpful. The doctors are equally helpful, they are kind and widely knowledgeable. The doctors always listen to my problems and seamlessly to come up with the best treatment plan for me. They also make sure to explain everything thoroughly and always ask if there is anything else they can help me with. My last visit a student doctor Brandon Gieler accompanied the provider I was seeing that day. His insight made me feel as though I was speaking with a doctor with at least 10 years experience. His compassion made me feel understood. I hope they keep him as a resident doctor for next year. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and rate it a 10 out of 10!
If I could give zero stars I would. They never return calls - EVER! My mom is elderly and has oxygen needs… you should be ashamed of yourselves that you don’t call back so that I can get her in to see a doctor. Which by the way, when I helped her join this office, we had no idea that she wouldn’t have a steady doctor to see. Just parading a never ending line of student doctors. This is the worst medical group. We are going elsewhere.
