I recently completed the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner course with The Knowledge Academy. The course content and delivery were excellent, providing comprehensive and well-structured material that greatly enhanced my understanding of the subject.

However, the exam scheduling process was quite challenging and exhausting. I had to follow up for over 45 days to schedule my Change Management Practitioner exam, which was a significant inconvenience. Fortunately, after escalating my complaint to senior management, the issue was resolved promptly, and I was able to take my exam within two days.

Overall, despite the initial scheduling difficulties, my experience with The Knowledge Academy was positive. The quality of the course and the swift resolution of my issue by the senior team were commendable.

The course content was well-structured and easy to follow with practical examples. I specifically liked the support from the team in terms of course period extension and the backend support from customer care if you are running in any course access issues.

I enrolled for a course and though I wasn't extremely happy with the course contents and the sales team ....I must mention my recent interaction with Mr Mubashir from customer support was outstanding.A professional ; extremely courteous and result driven person he made sure that all my concerns were addressed effectively and in a prompt manner.
