Always an amazing service here. Have just picked up a ring that they have repaired for me. Absolutely incredible job, you wouldn't even know that it had broken.

Received a great service, had a watch battery fitted, a watch strap repaired and a watch bracelet altered while we waited all at an extremely reasonable price.
My mum had amazing service here with two ladies helping her chose her diamond ring. She was thrilled with the service and the ring. Highly recommended.

I took a watch here to see if it could be repaired and have a battery replaced and they sorted it straight away and for much cheaper than expected. Will definitely return again.
I took an engagement ring in recently for quite a complicated repair and a diamond replacement. The service I received was fantastic and the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. I received the ring back in about a week . Very happy with the repair and for less than half the price of the three other quotes I got in Worcester.
