The pictures on google don’t do justice to this place, it’s much prettier and fancier. The staff was very polite and took everything we wanted into consideration, i eat gluten free and dairy free, they were able to make something for me which was really sweet. The food looked pretty and tasted good too. Our server Jack was super sweet and great at her job.

Incredible service and the food was top notch. I appreciate the unique items on the menu like elk and smoked trout. I tried them both and they were excellent. The staff was accommodating and were able to honor special requests. I tried a selection of their ciders and was pleased with the variety.

This restaurant would do well in Denver and even NY! It was surprising to find such a high level of polished service and excellent food in a place the size of Grand Junction. The presentation and the excellent food was complimented by just the right buzz that screamed success!

The cocktails were strong, the atmosphere was cool and relaxing, the staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the FOOD; was the main event. 5 star food. Our table ordered 5 entrees to share and we ALL loved every one. I WILL be BACK. Thank you Bin 707 for the great experience on my first trip ever to Grand Junction.

The service here was probably the best I had in the whole area. Everyone was very nice and seemed authentically interested, to help you out. Food was a 4/5, I would say. The salad was OK but very heavy (from a european point of view). But this is almost everywhere in the US. You can’t just have a normal salad with olive oil, there is always some kind of creamy sauce with it. The same with the duck, it was not just a normal, roasted duck, it had a strong sweet and salty taste. The steak and the potatoes were excellent

You guys made the best move hiring Curtis. He is the best ever! I have to say the food was amazing tonight. My husband had the burger and I had the lamb. The lamb was the best lamb I've ever had. It was delicious. The mussels were great too even tho I forgot to get a picture of it. The elk tartare was phenomenal. I think out of all the menus you guys have had over the years this one tops the cake!

I enjoyed dining here. Unique menu options, something for everyone. The bin burger and pizza was very flavorful. Lots of unique cocktails and mocktail options. Unfortunately my friends who ordered the cod got terribly sick afterwards…Service and atmosphere was really nice.
