Great spot to recover with red light, infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, compression therapy and more. The leg compression boots are more powerful than most! Devon, the owner is kind and welcoming. I recommend it!

This business is an amazing asset to the community. My full time residence is in WA, and we don’t have anything like this. To be able to walk in and be greeted by knowledgeable staff is amazing. The “chill” vibe they have created allows you to walk in and get excited about the type of treatment you are up against (for many, that is enduring frigid cold water or air)

It is clean and the amenities are well thought out. This studio is by far the best one I have ever been to.

Great staff and welcoming atmosphere! Each staffer was very knowledgeable about the benefits of all of the services offered. I very much enjoy the privacy aspect of the spa as you never have to worry about it being too loud or crowded. Cold plunge has done wonders for reducing my lower back pain and reducing overall inflammation!
