I have placed multiple orders with Hype Fly , and my experience has been nothing but amazing. Orders were timely delivered, and the customer service is also top notch... In all, I am quite satisfied with Hype fly.

I ordered a Stanley mug worth ₹8,000 from Hypefly a month ago, and there have been no updates regarding the shipping. I tried contacting their help desk, which is the only way to reach them, but I haven't received any response to my emails. Please be cautious when ordering from them.

Top experience! they had the widest range at relatively the best prices in the indian market. i got yeezy 350s, delivered within 10 days with great packaging!!😇

After accepting my order, they informed me that it would take much longer than expected and offered a refund. However, they took over 10 days to process it and kept lying about the refund being initiated. Despite my persistent communication via Instagram DM, they refused to provide a screenshot of the refund and never shared a contact number, making the process extremely inconvenient. Their communication was very laid-back and unprofessional once the payment was made. In the end, they wasted 15 days of my time. Overall, a horrible and disappointing experience!!

My experience with Hype Fly was frustratingly awful. I ordered shoes with express delivery, but after 14 days, they hadn’t even been shipped. I had to cancel my order and get the same shoes from another store that delivered in just 3 days. To make matters worse, the express shipping fee wasn’t refunded despite the massive delay. The store might have good kicks, but if you value timely delivery and a basic decent service, don’t waste your time here, there are many reputed sneaker stores that will give you a better experience.

I strongly advise against ordering from this sneaker store. Their customer support is completely unhelpful—they don't respond to emails, and contacting them is a waste of time. It's clear they only care about making money, not about their customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
