Stumbled upon this place while exploring. Very quaint and lovely place with interesting here and there. But we were there on the 1st of January so maybe a lot people are not working.
Was open at 11am on a weekday. Some truly interesting and challenging concepts presented in the free exhibits. Paid exhibits also. Would recommend for something more offbeat during your Taiwan trip.

A magnificent building complex with intriguing exhibits. I somehow regretted buying tickets because lots of showcase rooms are free to enter.
The place was quite dead on a Monday (15 May) morning when we visited. There was an exhibition by some students which showcased podcast and media stuff. The pop up stalls only opened at 11am so it might be better to plan your visit to this museum later.
There are quite a few vendors selling some pretty unique merchandise I haven't seen before. I recommend stopping by and taking a look. Nice atmosphere and a bit of history in these buildings with introductions about the buildings at most of the entrances.
Not an extensive curated collection but an interesting mix of exhibits nonetheless. Definitely worth visiting if you are into design and art culture.
