My family and I were receiving excellent care from Natalie Jarian Morales MS, FNP-C and when she joined First Medical Associates, we had our records transferred to their office. Her care continues to be thoughtful and professional, at a pace that indicates she wants her patients to be heard and that they understanding the treatment plan. She is collaborative and clear. Anyone reading this knows how special it is to find a provider who is on time, prepared, knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. She is our choice and fortunately, the First Medical Associates' staff seem to be kind and courteous too.
My first visit as a new patient was great! The front desk staff and nurses were so kind and welcoming. My visit with nurse practitioner Natalie Morales was an easy and informative one. I initially went in for a wellness visit and was given the option to do my physical (which i was pleasantly surprised by!). I liked the office and all the staff i encountered. Overall a pleasant experience at a new office. I highly recommend - it’s a very clean and professional office.
This was my first visit. Wait time was excellent. Staff was courteous and professional. The doctor was pleasant, addressed my needs and made me feel comfortable and a priority.
