Apex Communications Corporation

I went to the Apex Store in Sallisaw,Oklahoma to return a pop socket and get one that worked. The one I bought would not stick to my phone. I paid $14.00 for it. I didn't want my money back just a replacement. The lady working remembered me purchasing it 2 days before and she preceded telling me all accessories sales are final. I think this is wrong and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau Monday because your merchandise was defective. If I had wanted my money back it would have been one thing. I just wanted a replacement. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will not ever purchase phones or any other merchandise from this company again.
