Absolutely gutted!
Called GP practice every day continuously for 5 days in March 2023 to book a routine appointment for my mum as suggested by practice staff. Stayed on the line for 10-15 minutes before getting an answer. Every day, I was told to call the following day. No luck. Since then, I stopped calling them. Today, received a message from GP practice asking to book an appointment. Called to book the appointment. Same answer. I need to call again next week. Looked at the website to make a complaint/for any email address. No information

The receptionist really needs to work on their phone manners!
It's stressful enough feeling unwell but trying to even get through to the surgery takes forever (even when you're caller number one in the "queue" )
I spoke to the receptionist who after being told the day before to call back, then kept quizzing me regarding seeing the doctor (which my doctor had asked me to call to book an appointment) and if I thought it was urgent. (When you have anxiety the last thing you want to feel is a burden so felt guilty taking an appointment even though I know I need it)
I know it's their job to keep spaces for urgent appointments but it felt as though this particular receptionist was purposely making it difficult and her tone of voice was rather abrupt.
There is a lovely receptionist there too who is normally very helpful. But the lady working today could do with some training on how to speak to people, especially in the type of environment she has chosen to work in!

I've been using this surgery for over 20 years now. Always received good service from everyone - receptionists, doctors, nurses, physio & pharmacist.
Yes, sometimes we have to wait for appointments but that's the same everywhere.
Thanks for your service and support over the years.

Please don't use Camberley health centre I had very bad day today to get my inhaler very bad service at reception been waiting all day for my inhaler 8 am to 4pm I got my inhaler.

Awful surgery. Receptions are never helpful, never seem to be appointments available, always told to call back. Currently have a chest infection and need a doctor to check it out but every time I call it’s “we have no appointments” it’s ridiculous. All I need is someone to listen to my chest and advise what to do, do I need anti biotic etc. Pretty sure going into A&E for something like this is not needed but what else can I do at this point when GP’s never have any time.

I know that it's a busy and difficult for doctors and nurses but the organisation there is awful . They managed to reject my prescription for my important medication without telling me and not refer me for out or hours dressing for my wound so had to chase that up today myself that's twice they have messed up in the past month . Sorry but simply not good enough.

I can never get a routine appointment to see my GP. Receptionist have a very difficult job but been only able to offer urgent appointments is ridiculous.
