I had a great time at Kobox Marylebone. I was welcomed warmly at reception and the changing facilities were clean, tidy and well stocked with products. The class itself was run by the brilliant Rochelle and Kaelyn and they made it so much fun. Each exercise was well explained and I definitely got a sweat one, would deffo recommend!
Jacob had an intense and very organised class!
This place is a scam they got me out in the middle of the class to buy their own products for £12, when I am already wearing a wristband of my own
Regular customer whos spent £1000's on this place gets kicked out class for not wearing trainers. I understand, ask for a refund or extra credit and get rejected! Unbelievable! Rules are rules right? Well you could follow "the rules" OR be nice to your regular customer, recognise their mistake and turn a negative situation into a positive.
But no, you guys focus on that £20 i lost for that class.....And now you miss out on £1000's of my future business.

THE WORST customer service! Very frustrated with this place and stuff. Feels like they really don’t care. Felt very upset after both visits.
1. Came for the class, guy on reception sold me pass for 3 classes for £45 and DID NOT LET ME IN even though there were still 5 min before the class. He explained it with remarks about boxing combinations that I don’t know (I did boxing for 3 years with a professional martial arts PT, I told him I’d catch up with the class…)
2. I was NOT INFORMED that the offer works only for two weeks after the buy of the pass!
3. I got covid and after recovery came to do my class and they told me my pass expired! I was happy to provide all the evidence.
4. I asked if I could do at least one class for my pay, or maybe refund since they did not let me attend a class. They said they will contact me and NEVER DID. The girl at the reception was highly unfriendly and unsupportive and said it was my fault.. I mean.. I guess you cant go worse than that.

I am so happy to have found a class I really enjoy. So grateful to discover KOBOX!
I recommend to book with Jacob Holme.
He is the BEST! So motivating and he knows how to work you out HARD!
He also has great taste in music. Honestly could not recommend him enough :)

Good workout, the instructor gave very good vibes and energy
You have to have your own wraps (boxing gloves given), which are £6 at reception
