I appreciate Mr. Bateman helping me rent my family home in Maryland and having his staff take care of all the issues that came up. I will continue to refer friends and family to you.

I rented my property through this company when I moved out of state and they allowed my house to literally become a shell and never bothered to check on it. Then allowed the tenants to trash it, break everything, holes in the walls then abandon it for 3 months, not pay rent and never followed up despite me calling daily to see what was happening with the unpaid rent money to no avail, no answers to the phone calls or theyd say "we'll call you back". I ended up having to move back and When I was able to get into the house, it was falling apart, flooded, mold everywhere, rodent and pest infestation amongst other things. I lost thousands due to their lack of professionalism. There's even more but its so egrigious that it would sound like a lie.

Urban City Management is the most frustrating, unprofessional, and incompetent company I have ever seen. Don’t bother calling, no one will answer and then they won’t return phone calls either. Don’t expect emails to be responded to, and if you send them an email, always add you landlord - that’s the only way to guarantee a reply. They don’t communicate with tenants and then gaslight and lie when you try to hold them accountable. The company is so incompetent and lazy you’d think they were a government agency.

By far the most unprofessional and obviously incompetent leasing agency I have ever rented from. We went without running water for almost 2 months, we are now taking legal action and still cannot reach our management company, they won’t even respond to a single email. DO NOT RENT FROM URBAN CITY.

My apartment is currently managed by this company and they truly suck. Maintenance request either get cancelled or marked as completed yet nothing gets done. Been making a request for about 6 months now... Their phone number is useless and just connects you an answering machine! Hopefully you don't have them if you're a tenant, and if you're a landlord - avoid them.

The 5 star reviews are from employees. It is impossible to get ahold of someone who works here. Email communication is routed to a general mailbox and will take weeks for a response. Maintenance for the property I lived would not come service for sometimes weeks or months at a time and would close the issue reported as resolved without even investigating it. This company should really be a last resort for anyone looking to rent.

This company is hell! I didn't even want to give them this one star, they don't deserve it I will never rent or tell anyone about urban city management, not even a homeless person should live like this. There units on 21 st are mice infested, you have one neighbor that puts they trash by your door, they throw they trash over the balcony & the kids do it also. I guess they love the mice! I don't so i prefer to keep it clean around us. I call the rental office to tell them & i get nothing, no call back,text,email, voicemail nothing. The mice eat on the doors & make tunnels under the floor.... Urban city management is 🗑️ trash
