Greenwich Gardens

There is a female security guard in there that is beyond disrespectful do not go there before 3:00 , she literally tried to take my eye out yesterday with a pen . I’ve been calling the office since yesterday sti haven’t received an answer

My mother has been there for 8 year never had a problem, building is clean and security guards are friendly. Management, she is a very nice lady. But people want to push her around and that’s not going to happen. She does her job and does it well.

I called on behalf of the resident in the building the receptionist was so rude and disgusting ! I need corporate to contact me immediately ! It’s no way she should be employed being disrespectful to individuals it’s disgusting ! I expect more being that this is a building that house seniors ! Please treat people with respect and common courtesy !

Worst place you could live in. Plumbing problems ceilings & windows leak when it rains. The outside might look just fine with the little flower gardens, manicured lawns etc, but inside the apartments-they just don't care. The only time they do over an apt is when a tenant moves out or dies. Building manager is a bully-she's rude & very nasty & definitely has psychological problems. My advice: DON'T MOVE HERE!

Clean and secure. We had to show ID. Felt like our friend is very well protected there. The guard had a view of cameras on every floor. Guard at back doir was helpful but firm, directed us to the correct entrance. Our friend is happy there.

My mom lives there for over 25yrs n she love the comfort of her apt. She's grateful for all the friendly Neighbors she met over the yrs living there.

It's a senior citizen/disabled housing complex. 24 hour security, clean hallways, laundry, apartments are decent sized for older people with lesser stuff, it's HUD subsidized, has elevators, an intercom system (requires tenant to have a cell phone), paid parking, decent location in Hempstead.
