A calm and beautiful place to watch sunset. The good thing is, it's free.
The place is amazing with beautiful boxes for nice photo shots. The wind is very strong and cold. Don't forget to bring jackets unless you want to enjoy the raw cold breeze...

This is a much improved area compared to 10 years ago I was there where it is all sand as you walk down the beach and there was no structure other than the beach bath boxes. It is a bonus that they also have toilets now apart from the decks, stairs and ramps. Not to mention the pavilion and cafe.
This is a very nice area to walk along the beach, relax and have the good old fish and chips picnic on the sand. Scenery never changed, the calm water and horizon while buildings from afar on the west side.
It was a Saturday and quite busy. I supposed it was because the area is well improved now and people have better areas to hang around plus the cafe that made it really convenient.
Parking is limited and there is a wait time and has fee. Dogs are allowed on leash. There are poo bags around.

My daughter had a really good time here. Nice weather we take lots of photos. Also, she enjoyed a soft serve š¦ .

These interesting and lovely Bathing Boxes are what makes Brighton Beach special, took a metro train down from Melbourne Flinderās street station at platform 13 which took around 30mins, alighting at Middle Brighton Station, after which a causal 15mins walk towards Brighton beach along some nice quiet neighbourhood. Wasnāt too crowded, got to walk along the beach to take couple of nice photos

Well we were here on a cold, grey, windy morning so not one other person around. Perfect. But yes very iconic, however people spend $400,000 on them. No.

Very nice beach! Itās far from the city like everything in Melbourne abut it was by far after the great ocean road the best beach here. With palm trees on the background it has a vibe like Hollywood! I would recommend you to come here šÆ

A definite must stop by tourist attractions. Beautiful beach with added colours from these bathing boxes just simply brightens up your day regardless of the timing of your visit. Pick and choose the bathing boxes of your choice and you can easily spend a good 2 hours strolling down the entire stretch of this amazing beach! Lovely boxes of memory to bring home with you with every photos taken along Brighton Bathing Boxes! Itās free, own time on target for all šš„°
