Walked in at 1:40 on a Wednesday, 9/11/24. The only front of store guy was working with a customer. I browsed for about 6 min before leaving. No welcome, hey, be right with you or any acknowledgment. I was mainly interested in a GPS and helmet and just browsing for a new road bike. Maybe (maybe) I’ll go back and give it another shot.

I bought two bicycles at the store, and the service and attention were excellent in both transactions. After the purchase, when I had to return for adjustments, the person who helped me was always very professional and clearly knew how to solve any problem or question. I would buy from this store again and recommend it without hesitation.

The technician who saw our bike was very knowledgeable but more importantly, he made us feel very comfortable with his honesty about what services we may need in the future.

does this chain look lubed to you? over 100 dollars later absolutely horrendous service. Will never be back. will be talking to corporate.

I visited the store on 7/13/2024 with my wife. We experienced a poor customer service. We walked through the store for about 10 minutes and no one asked what we were looking for or if we needed help. We left the store and went to Big Wheel Bikes in Arlington. At Big Wheel Bikes store we were welcomed by the General Manager Mr. Westerman. I bought a Marin bike there and I and very happy with my purchase and the service I received at the Big Wheel Store in Arlington.

Went in looking for a road bike and was helped by John who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. Helped me find the right size and go for a test ride, not pushy at all. Ended up buying a bike and some gear, and returned later to buy a bike for my daughter.

Excellent service. John answered various inane questions from me, varying from cool places to bike throughout the Mid-Atlantic to how drop bar shifters work.
I felt no pressure to spend more or buy up to a higher tier product--as a result, I did just that. I felt comfortable upgrading from a Dual Sport to a Checkpoint and I appreciate the quality of service of my local Trek shop. Very stoked to live nearby a great store as a new cyclist.
