Hours of operation is a lie. They open and close when they want. I understand there are slow days but don’t advertise open when your close

If I could give negative stars I would. The doctor was very rude and nasty . She was very unorganized and unprofessional.

Very clean place; attentive medical staff and listened to my ailment. My symptoms were quickly recognized by the doctor; a prescription was sent to my store for pickup and everything turned out just fine....No problems whatsoever.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this urgent care to ALL residents of Wards 7: and 8.👍👍👍

Went for an ear infection. Toddler was crying the entire time. Left to pick up prescription, they never sent it in. Called to see what was going on, never got an answer. Toddler still crying from the pain.

Had to go to another urgent care. A complete waste of time.

I recently visited MBI Urgent Care on Nanny Helen Burroughs Avenue Northeast in Washington, D.C., and had an exceptionally positive experience. Having a long history of medical trauma from various facilities in the metropolitan area, I was hesitant to visit another urgent care center. However, my visit to MBI Urgent Care was nothing short of remarkable.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the staff at registration. The atmosphere was calm and positive, which immediately put me at ease. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and the registration process was clearly explained and streamlined with the use of an easy-to-use tablet.

The staff were incredibly observant and noticed the abrasions on my right elbow and knee before I even communicated my reason for the visit. The medical assistant who took my vitals was patient and supportive, helping me prepare for the provider's questions and treatment. She also made herself available after the provider was finished to ensure I completed checkout and had all my aftercare questions thoroughly answered.

The provider was particularly impressive, showing genuine interest in getting to know me and providing a thorough assessment with genuine care—something I rarely experience. I left feeling significantly better than when I arrived.

I've been highly recommending MBI Urgent Care to everyone since my visit, hoping more people can experience the excellent service provided by this amazing team.

Great customer service from the entire staff! Isaiah was friendly by phone and once I entered the facility his professionalism continued. I appreciate the great service from the doctor for my child, and will definitely return.

I'm so grateful that we have an urgent care center in this area that has quality professionals. It's clean, and you don't have to wait 3 to 7 hours to be seen. I never had an issue with diagnosis for me or my family. We follow up with our primary physician as indicated.
