INTERSPORT

I recently bought a pair of football boots, but after three days, I decided to exchange them as they were uncomfortable for my size. Despite having my invoice, the staff at the cashier were incredibly rude when I mentioned I wanted to return the boots. They informed me that they wouldn't accept the return outright and instead would send the shoes for inspection, which would take 14 days. I agreed to this process, but they never informed me of the outcome. After a month, I went back to the store, only to find that my request had been rejected, and no one had bothered to notify me.

Throughout the experience, the cashiers were unhelpful, placing the blame on me for the issue. It's extremely disappointing to have paid a significant amount of money at a major retailer and receive such poor customer service.

Good quality clothes and the other stuff

I have no words for this. Needed new running shoes. Got ignored by staff completely. Then I stopped someone from staff and asked him to get me my size on a certain model. He took forever, deliberately slow on his way. Then he came back with my size (that is what I give a second star - bravo! ;) ), did not look at me but threw(!!) the box on the bench I was waiting at an walked off. Did not wait, tried not to help me nothing. Still can't believe it. But according to many other reviews here, this is not uncommon. Needless to say, I would not spend anything in there.

Stuffs are being really rude,i asked a lady a question and her face was like i did a big crime asking her a question, most of the stuffs are unprofessional and rude

Was there yesterday and bought new shoes. The girl working there was very unhelpful, and told me she couldnt recommend any running shoes for me since she wasnt talking English and that i had to read on the signs over what shoes that fitted most for running. She also helped other custumers while I was waiting for her to find my size. In general she was very disrespectful and I am not happy with the visit.

Then I visited them again because my bikelock was destroyed. I showed the lock to them and they told me it will be a reklamation. After this, she asked if I wanted cash or a new lock. I told her I of course need a new lock, because my bike has to be closed. She said okey, I gave her my information and she sended. After this she told me that I will get a Mail in two weeks and then I can come and get the new lock. I told her that she should have told me it would take two weeks before and that my bike will be stolen and that I rather want cash, because I need a new lock now. She told me that now it was to late and it was nothing to do with the situation. So I had to buy a new lock and now in two weeks I will have two. I am wondering what this system is, I am very mad, I dont need two locks and the woman should have told me before even signing anything. She was really not helpful at all and I have had only vad experiences with the Intersport at galleria Krakowska, the people working there is not intressted in selling, or giving good service to the customer and I will not recommend anyone to go there!

Poor handling of customers. The lady at the counter refused to check me out since I used my wife's card. He asked me to return the goods back. I produced my foreign card and he insisted that I should produce my Identification card to prove if it's mine. He literally embarrassed me Infront of other customers who were standing right behind me. I guess I had to prove myself because I'm definitely black and most probably I had stolen someone's card to purchase with. I wonder how many people had to prove their identity when purchasing regardless of race. I had a racial experience.

Terrible service. They refused to repair my running shoes (worth 599pln) as according their observations I came too late with damage (but shoes are under 2y guarantee and I came almost 1y after purchase) - I will never buy again there...
