Burger King Linwood

The guy shouldn't of been on the mic at the drive thru. Had to constantly repeat myself. And normally it's never that bad. Ended up ruining my order. Drink missing. Wrong food. Charged more. Happened between 8:30 to 8:40. 19th of Nov.

BK is def heading off McD these days. Filling, tasty burgers for good value, esp on a Supergold card with 20% discount lol. Good rewards program too. The only pity is that there is no coffee available. Staff generally friendly and helpful.

I visited here accidentally on Saturday at about 3:30pm. I was surprised because the quality of food(tasty and warm), so kind staffs(especially at counter) and sanitary conditions. I want to visit Linwood BK next time even if I’m living at Rolleston.

Showed up for a meal deal in the drive through and they were out of their coke bottles save for no sugar (which we do not drink). In compensation instead of 1.5L worth of drink I was offered 4 small drinks (a small drink is 175ml when properly filled) these drinks were not even properly filled when handed over and the window was closed as fast as possible on both payment and order handover as to not even let questions be asked. In addition the food upon arriving home was lukewarm at best and the chips barely salted (I don't live 30 min away so i expect food to still at least be warm when i arrive home). Extremely disappointed in the service and will likely never be coming back after this incident.

I stopped eating at BK in Christchurch over a year ago due to the hygiene standards and food quality. However, one day by chance, I decided to try the Linwood BK for the first time, and I’m so glad I did. The customer service in the drive-through is amazing, the food is always tasty, and, very importantly, it’s hot (it’s hard to find places that serve properly cooked, hot fries these days). This is the best BK I’ve been to in Christchurch, which is why I’ve had it three times from Linwood in the past month, haha.

The food was decent, a bit pricey for the quality. Saleha was very friendly and helpful but I heard the manager yelling at her while I ate and that wasn't pleasant. Manager should speak to staff with respect.

The lady working was rude, we had told and showed her that we had missing stuff from our order and she still decided to not give us the food we ordered or even a refund, we had to order 2 different times as they had missed a few things we ordered the first time. First order they missed was my 6 yr old sisters frozen drink, and the second time was my 8 yr old sisters whole meal. What was meant to be around 57$ ended up being 70-80$. Bad experience 👎
