The delivery of my item was an abysmal experience. After months of waiting for the item to be manufactured, we waited three additional weeks for their delivery team to schedule the delivery. The delayed reason was because they needed a larger team. Once the team delivered the item, the so-called "white glove" service dragged the piece across our hardwood floors, leaving a mark in the floor. That took several more months to resolve with them.

When the delivery team left, they didn't discard of all the trash and left some of it in our unit. The trash they did take out of our unit was disposed of on the ground of our lobby.

The delivery company never took responsibility for their behavior. We can't in good conscience recommend Natuzzi, as the whole process from the day we paid for our item to the day our floors were addressed was more than six months.

Great custom Italian furniture store.

I'd been looking for the perfect white leather sofas for quite awhile. I was thrilled that Natuzzi had them and even more thrilled with Alexis who assisted me remotely. She was super responsive, positive and into the design process. I found beautiful Positano sofas and was able to select leather from samples mailed to me. I'm super excited to receive the merchandise. Thank-you to 'Alexis for her great service!

I purchased an electric reclining lounge chair November 2023. The sales associate, Alexis knew that the chair was missing a crucial required for the functionality of the chair. We were assured that the piece would be ordered, yet when the chair was delivered almost 2 months later the piece was missing. Upon calling the store, I was told to call customer service instead which I did. The missing piece had never been ordered by the sales associate and customer service informed me that it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery. There has been an incredible lack of communication and accountability for 1)not ordering the part in the first place and 2)not letting us know when the part will be shipped. I have reached out many times and do not receive replies other than "we will look into this" which is incredibly unhelpful. It does not seem that this company is very organized nor do they care to ensure customer satisfaction once they have your money. Would never buy from here again.

Mila their store manager has provided an outstanding customer experience. She understood my budget, reviewed the room measurements with me, and recommended a perfect piece of furniture for me from their warehouse. She is also very responsive and the communication was seamless.The couch is high quality, leather is smooth and color is gorgeous. It was delivered as promised and the entire transaction was seamless. I've had it for a month now and could not be happier. Thank you so much!

Natuzzi Italia is our new dream store. We discovered it by accident, walked it and went nuts. We just fell in love. Trevor Anderson helped us and we can't say enough about how amazing he is. Trevor went way above and beyond anything reasonable to help us in choosing the right things, following up and making certain that everything we bought was perfect. We bought two absolutely gorgeous area rugs and a fabulous sleeper sofa. Everything came faster than expected and Natuzzi exceeded all our expectations in every respect. And---we felt that the prices were really fair and reasonable for such beautiful merchandise. My only regret is that we don't have room to buy more..we lust after this big gray leather comfy chair. They also have great accessories--we bought two throw pillows and two throw blankets. Can't wait to go back!

Deborah was a great, she showed us all the products that would work for our project and explained all the features very well. The products themselves are great, my clients left wanting to redesign rooms we hadn't even considered before. If you're looking for a reclining sofa that doesn't look like a La-z-boy, this is the place. The designs are modern and clean and the functionality is great. Price is great too, we had just left the Mart and when Deborah priced out our HUGE power motorized sectional we were expecting to spend a ton, however this one came in at a fraction of what we anticipated.
