The people frequenting this shop, whether it be the owners or suppliers, are rude and love to swear at people who are kindly reminding them they are doing the wrong thing and dont need to take up 4 parking spots. I witnessed an altercation today between the driver and another shopper, and apparently, this is a frequent occurence by the same van when bringing items into this store. They refuse to use loading bays or the carpark at the back of the centre and clearly refuse to even learn how to park straight. Shop staff and Centre management have apparently been told about it on numerous occasions, but clearly don't care as apparently "it's noones business", so name and shame it is! If this isn't the proprietors vehicle loading and unloading goods, I suggest you have a talk to your suppliers, as it's not a good look for your business, when they are swearing at potential customers and saying the store doesnt have an issue with it and have your stock. Also, you may want to clean your shopfront! It is disgustingly dirty, hasnt been cleaned since the store opened and you are selling groceries/food. I'd hate to see what condition the inside of the store is in if the outside is so dirty.

Went there couple of times the counter staff need to be trained, not welcoming the customers and no thank you after you pay always on the phone won’t go there again

Bought the item online on 19.10.21 9:15:45 AM and would not give item or refund. Avoid ordering anything online. It is a scam! No body would answer the phone from website. In store staff said it was ordered online so I don't know anything and can't help. Please refund me my money as soon as possible. I am not asking fro free stuff. I need the item or the money and I think I have waited long enough for the item that you have in stock. I never leave anyone negative feedback but unprofessional behaviour from the company has left me no choice.

Customer service is not bad but sells the worst indian sweets in the town. All of the sweets taste disgusting. Very unhappy
