Rottnest Express Northport Ferry Terminal

I’ve received the worst customer service ever yesterday when trying to get information about the tickets price and ferry timetable.

I've always gone with Rottnest Express to Rottnest over the years and they've always been awesome!

All very friendly and helpful staff / boats are punctual and just such a quick easy trip over to the island.

Carpark: only had a single working terminal, try the other if you're having issues.

Trip: Booked a return trip along with a bike hire. Found that the bike had issues so was able to give customer service a call and they were able to promptly organise an exchange with the Bike Hire shop on the island. Have to say that the bikes provided by REX only have three gears so don't do well as the island can get fairly hilly, and the bike I had been provided had issues with the gearing hub where it'd skip as you pedal. The Large Bike replacement though did very well and had 8 gears so was easier to find the right gear.

Great ferry service to Rottnest Island, with a good price value.
Parking for the whole day was 9$. Bike hire 30$ for one bike. Travel time is around 30 minutes.
Rottnest Island is very beautiful and worth a visit. Highly recommended

A big plus with this ferry terminal is that it has secure parking, where you are allowed to park long term, which is very convenient for overnight Rottnest Island stays. They’ve got an offer on for half price parking now - $6 a day (originally $12 a day). You can pay for parking online when purchasing your ferry tickets. I also like that this terminal is sheltered, where we can comfortably wait in line to get onto the ferry.
