It’s one of the worst Asian Supermarket in Burwood Plaza. Cashier Staff is so rude. She needs to improve her customer service skill.

Great produce and asian products. Not always stocked with fresh vegetables but there is always woolies below level.

Their Asian range is always well stocked and worth a visit.

I am expecting that this branch of Tong Li is the same as those in Blacktown,Liverpool and Cabramatta but unfortunately it's not. The other stores has a lot of asian varieties to choose but this grocery is just only selling like two asian products.

Great asian grocery store for 30 years. Great choices but occasionally some products are 5-20 cents dearer than nearby similar shops. Also some items are cheaper than others so if you have that budget shoppers' mind, would need to remember to pick up which item from which shop.

They are selling their products not according to the price display. The price display is $2.40 but it came out $2.99. We try to resolve it by raising this issue to the cashier and show her the photo taken of the price display, but she just ignore it and said the price increased. This is against fair trading law.

I love this store for its interesting and intriguing product range. Conveniently for us Aussies I've noticed every product label seems to have English translation so the store is very user-friendly for Aussies to explore and discover intriguing and mysterious new products you won't find in major chain supermarkets. Staff work very fast and get you through the checkout very quickly. My one gripe is the noticeably poor air conditioning. It is distinctly warmer in Summer than the lower level malls.
