I have not been contacted by people who were to reach out to me. I called this week with a question concerning a medical problem. I spoke with a very pleasant nurse who said nurse practitioner would call the next day. No call or message received. At this point I doubt this is of any benefit

When I first made the appt with Landmark, I was actually able to get thru to speak to someone immediately and they scheduled my mother for an appt within 48 hrs. Then they called me back and said they felt she should be seen quicker and scheduled us for the next day. The medical assistant that came to see mom was on time and listened to my concerns. They were able to make a diagnosis on the spot and called in an antibiotic which my mother started the following day. All-in-all this was a very pleasant experience and I'm so glad to have Landmark available. They were SO much better to use than the mobile medical company we signed up with at my mother's assisted living facility.

Dr Finney is a great doctor, very patient and kind. I trust her completely and cannot say that about many doctors who don't have my best interest at heart. A very rare commodity in this day and time.

I have been with them for about 2 years. The nursing staff the doctors are very caring and they listen to your needs. Yona the Nurse practitioner is so professional and caring. She is a very good asset to the company.
