Thanks to FGF, my mom was able to replace her roof, remodel her kitchen, bathrooms, and floors. From the beginning of the process, the office manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to all of our concerns. She took the time to thoroughly explain the claims process and made us comfortable with moving forward. Thanks to the expertise and hard work, our claim was processed smoothly and promptly. They handled my mom's case very well and are now starting a claim on my house. I would highly recommend FGF claims!

I had an excellent experience with FGF CLAIMS CONSULTANT they assisted me with my leaking A/C unit. With their help i was able to receive the amount of money needed to fix my issue. At first I was spectacle about using this company because of the reviews but I can say I am glad I took a chance. The office manager Deanna is amazing and very communicative! They came to my rescue when my insurance company stopped responding and closed my claim. Their service was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I reached out, they were prompt, professional, and empathetic to my situation. Their expertise in navigating the complexities of insurance claims was evident throughout the process. They communicated clearly, kept me informed every step of the way, and fought tirelessly on my behalf.

They savagely left an advertisement pamphlet on my NO SOLICITING sign. When I called, it sounded like a bogus company. Please stop leaving paper trail at my door. I am NOT interested in your service.

These people are currently trying to scam my mother and her insurance company. I personally just put a new roof on her house last year, now they want to put a tarp on it and she has no leaks. This is a scam please don’t fall victim to it. Praying the insurance company doesn’t drop her for this. Preying on the elderly is immoral, you people are the scum of the earth.

Don't trust this company, we requested a cancelation of our contract a year ago and they haven't done so yet we're still waiting, because of the lack of time they toke to respond to the claim the judge dismissed our case and now their pretty much
holding us hostage and avoiding our calls. My roof has had a minor leak when we opened the case with them and now my roof has gotten so much worse waiting for something to happen. I pasted just a couple of photos but there's much more damaged areas that has increased towards my roof becauseof the wait.

These people are untrustworthy stay away!!

Wish I read these reviews before I signed my contract. Do not trust this company with your claim. They just want to take your money
and do the bare minimum. I never received a call, text, email, or any
correspondent concerning my claim after they came to my house and I signed
the contract. If I needed any information on my claim I would have to be the
one to call. When I did call and spoke to lawanna Byrd she was very
combative, belligerent, and unprofessional. She also made it very clear that
regardless of how I feel I still have to pay their fees. I'm still waiting
on the paper to cancel my contract lawanna, if you're what this company
represents It will never reach its true potential. I would never recommend
this company due to you and your unprofessionalism.
