Cinemark Paradise 24 and XD

Employee could not get gift card to work- said they're finicky and I had to pay with my credit card. Then reclining seat didn't work. I've had several back surgeries so we got up to move to other seats. Theatre was almost full, and it was 30 minutes past start time so we sat in handicapped. Sure enough, people showed up (not handicapped but they had reserved those seats) so we had to move to the front where you have to look straight up at the screen. Spoke with manager who said there was nothing he could do because we saw the movie. I've been taking my kids to this theatre for years, may try a new one.

Cinemark Paradise is great! Their seats are very comfortable, and recline! Plus they have a fun arcade! Definitely worth going to! Have a great day!🎥🎬🍿😃❤️

My favorite movie theater in the world!!! The ambience is always perfect and me and my girlfriend always enjoy our movie dates. The CINEMARK Club Member is such a benefit due to the amazing discounts on food and beverages + the tickets that roll over month by month. I definitely recommend coming here and enjoying the amazing vibes that it has to offer.

I visited this theater to see the movie Wonk for my birthday 3days ago. I purchased my tickets from Noah he is very kind, polite and personable (you don't get that very often at theaters). The drinks for adults are well made they didn't disappoint here. The only ask that I have of this theater is to INVEST IN NEW SEATING. The loungers don't match the pictures online. They need to be replaced or refurbished. Also they don't deliver your food items to your seat you have to order at the concession stand. I am new to Florida so I don't know if push button service is just and Arizona thing. All in all I had a good experience and you should catch a flic here.

Nice cinema but very dirty. The mobile order for food does not work and it's very confusing. Avoid the hassle and just order them regularly at the stand. Sound, video and seating were good and there was plenty of parking space.

It was my go-to theater for a good time amongst friends and family. Now, it's my no-go theater. It's been over a year that I've been there and there's been talks that they have renovated but recent reviews proves that they haven't. There's just no way that I'll prepare myself to be excited and presentable only to plant myself in a filthy chair. It also proves that they are ignoring the public's feedback. I'll just stay away for good. Peeps, it's not worth it, your money deserves to be better spent elsewhere.

I like the idea of the the Egyptian style outside of it and such. However I feel like it needs updating! The seats are worned off and just dosen’t feel “clean” per say. But overall its chillen I mean you can still sit and enjoy a movie! Ive gone a couple times. But could use updating inside! Also there was a bunch of popcorn on the floor in lobby.

Which is normal as for your in a movie theater but employees should be on the lookout and keep up with cleaning it so dosen’t become “normal” to casually drop your popcorn like that. Keeping the organization makes others feel like they should do the same. If not. It can be a hot mess!
