Went inside Durcaa supermarket to get srilankan food items

I was here last week and I ordered a French Vanilla Latte and I asked if they have a lactose intolerant milk substitute and the cashiered lady she doesn’t know what is lactose and I asked the guy who was there and he said yes they have lactose free milk, but I ended up ordering the latte. Not good service and misleading order.

This plaza is honestly decent however I had observed a long time ago that there is not any ATM or bank machine in the plaza.

Therefore the managers of this plaza even if they do a great job having snow removal or managing the plaza overall... Needs a bank.

People need to remember that it's not about having a car. So this review is mainly for the management for improvments.

It is a nice plaza with lots of shopping but no matter who you are itd inconvenienced by having no access to ATM or banking.

Excellent mall I have been shopping here for years they have a Popeye supplement store, pho 99 Asian food a very good restaurant high quality and fresh ingredients Excellent flavors, friendly and punctual staff. There is a Rexall pharmacy here as well very good pharmacy with covid testing and health clinic beside pharmacy with a divider for safety lots of items you won't find everywhere and is large, clean and staff are polite and helpful. There is also a post office hidden inside here. This mall also has a convenient store and a discount store with great deals on all kinds of items, I have purchased some pretty good items here and saved a bundle on some high end items, there inventory is always changing so you never know what you will find. There is also two second hand stores in this plaza that have some unusual items at Great prices 👍. There is also a Fresh Co here for inexpensive groceries with a good selection of goods at great prices 😀. There are also a repair shop for your car and loads of parking highly recommend. I like this location, they have more options and more products, the place is big , different departments, and open late to 11 pm , organized, and staff so friendly and helpful, parking lot is available, my overall experience is perfect, I recommend this place strongly, thanks
