Small Mall, but has lots of nice little stores and small buissneses

Located at the heart of the municipality of Boucherville.
Enough parking available onsite... A good selection of shops and restaurants, I believe most of the center is occupied by a Canadian Tire.

Disappointing strip mall due to so many vacant stores 😞. Aside from Dollarama, Canadian Tire, or Provigo there’s not much offered. Needs revitalization

what a pleasant surprise. we stopped here to grab something at the end of the day at the dollarama and ran into a Santa set up with no queue and a free photo. A free photo as opposed to a baited money trap. everything was done extremely efficiently and we had the photo sent to my phone that very evening. maybe there is a Santa and he moonlights at promenade Montarville! I'm still in pleasant shock. they also gave us candy canes and not those cheap ones eithrr. thanks for the photo Santa and elves. you made our day!

Plenty of toy selection ! Can’t go wrong and probably can find a lot of things
