Visiting from California this mall feels strange to me because so many of the same stores have failed where I live and so many malls have become ghost towns. This one looks new inside and full of life and has some interesting food options.

We found it hard to find some in the Park Royal area as it isn't just a mall but also a shopping area. We went over to the whole foods market, and as a Persian, I am, I saw many other people speaking Persian. I'm pretty sure this area has a diverse population. Thank you!

Great shopping mall. When talking about Park Royal as a whole, it has everything you need. A food court, Hardware Store, multiple clothing stores, various food stores, sports equipment stores, and a beautiful movie theatre on the roof. In my Humble opinion, the best one on the North Shore. And so many more utilities and stores. Best shopping location on the North Shore by far

Park Royal in West Vancouver offers a vibrant and convenient shopping experience that caters to a wide range of preferences. With its blend of well-known brands, boutique stores, and lively atmosphere, Park Royal has established itself as a go-to destination for locals and tourists alike.
One of the key strengths of Park Royal is its extensive selection of shops. The mall boasts a diverse mix of retailers, encompassing fashion, beauty, electronics, home decor, and more. Whether you're in search of luxury brands or affordable options, Park Royal has options to suit various budgets and tastes. The presence of both large department stores and smaller specialty shops ensures a comprehensive shopping experience.
Navigating Park Royal is relatively easy, thanks to its logical layout and clear signage. The mall is divided into two main sections, Park Royal South and Park Royal North, with numerous entrances connecting the two. Outdoor walkways, as well as covered passages, provide a pleasant atmosphere for strolling between stores. The mall is generally well-maintained, and the seating areas scattered throughout offer spots to rest and regroup. Customer service at Park Royal is generally satisfactory, with helpful staff available to assist with inquiries and provide directions. However, during peak times, it can be challenging to find

This has to be one of the weirdest laid out malls I've ever seen. The majority of the stores are just down one strip, but then some are upstairs. Then the food court is upstairs but not all of it. Some stores you can only access from outside and some stores are on the other side of what is basically a highway. Most stores close early but the best buy that's attached to it doesn't close as early but you can't access that through the mall once it's closed, you have to go outside and climb sketchy parking stairs.

Mall was clean and escalators working fine, stores were open and not very busy on a Thursday night. I couldn't find a garbage can right away and asked security where one was he was very helpful and we joked some about how the garbage can looks like a decoration not a can lol

This is one of best mall in Vancouver. The mall is spacious with lot of brand name stores but you will find Dollarama as well.
The food court is big enough with lot of choices for the customers.
If you prefer eat at a restaurant, there are many good ones outside the main mall.
My wife loves the Village Market. The village would be nicer in summer. The winter is nice too with all the lights.
There are T & T and Whole Foods Market in the main mall and the Village. We can do the shopping in one stop good for all.
Lot of indoor and outdoor parking are very important too.
